To me steak and shake has very delicious shakes and burgers than most fast food hamburger joints. Fast servers when there's a long line in the drive thru. It seems as though the cooks/servers have a rhythm going on because every time I go there, there's a long line but it goes pretty quickly.

2nd time here as I write this. There’s never someone to greet you, takes a while to get seated, even then, not even an apology is given for waiting so long (10mins), with the fact that it was half empty. Food takes so long and manager looks like he goofs off with his employees. they are so focused on their conversation rather than their service. They seem lost as as they are clumsy. I had to literally put the ingredients that come with my sandwich even though I already asked it beforehand. Never coming back to this place, even the chef had no hairnet and looked like he was being over worked with his complaints of not taking a break!!

I lovin the old school vibes and that garlic burger is addictive. This is one of the few places that feels like home, like mom and pop laid back kinda style.

No reason to go there now!I went there today and the clerk/ person taking orders refused to mix to flavor of the shakes for me. So chocolate and banana is no longer an option as a flavor for the milkshake. The range of flavors for the shakes was the only thing that distinguished them from other burger restaurants. Since this is no longer an option, there is no other reason to go there...
