Perhaps we came in on an off day but for a chain experience I was beyond disappointed and will not return. My elderly mother had requested we stop. The gentleman making the sandwiches was less than patient with her request for additional onions and mayonnaise.After assembling the sandwiches, his collegue asks," Do you want ice?" When we reply yes, he goes to the back seemingly annoyed and returns with our cups containing maybe 6 ice chips each. Machines break. I get it, but it's S FL and ice is expected. We did not comment on his measley gesture thinking the soda machine would at least be cool. BUT not only was the soda from the machine hot but it was flat, every last flavor flat! When I politely mentioned this, the men behind the counter said that is how it is. I should have been offered or received a refund for the drinks as they were undrinkable, but mother was tired and we simply left. So disappointed. I will never waste another dime on that shop. I am no "Karen", but I have warned my friends and now the community. It is well worth the drive to visit a different location if you truly desire a Subway sub.

I know the guy was new but he didn’t have slip resident shoes could be a real safety issue he was wearing croc sweatpants but my main concern was their was not enough veggies or meat on my sub have to think about ever going

I'm a huge fan of Subway. There are tons of amazing options available. I adore that you can truly customize it to your own specifications. In actuality, you are the creator of your own sub. I've recently come to love rotisserie chicken. It's incredible. On my rotisserie sub, I enjoy provolone cheese, mayo and mustard, tomatoes, black olives, spinach, and lettuce with a little bit of sweet onion sauce and oil. Its deliciousness will transform your life. ?

The young man was pretty much clueless about making the wrap I wanted. I had to tell him to heat up the bacon, and they had no guacamole. But it all came together.

OK,, when I went here awhile back ago. The staff that fixed my sub fell a sleep while making it. ? and when I finally received it and took home to enjoy, the bread wasn't fresh by taking a bite and you chewing and chewing like it was the last super. ? I haven't return ever since from the experience I received. Additionally, I warn my sons about the bread/ toast but they wanted to try for themselves so, I ordered a meatball/tuna sub. Once again, not toasted good with cheese being melted for meatball sub and tuna bread was stale. That was my finale time by going back and the mess up part, it's clost to home. The boys started to eat their sub and waste my money, time and threw it in trash and what parents say" I told you so" based on my experience but benefit of the doubt they didnt listen. I just wanted someone else to fix my sandwiches for me when you just tired and don't feel like cooking. I went to publix and made my own subs at home anyway and belive it or not. I made it way better then subway.

The lady serving me(I forgot her name) was a very kind a patient women. Along side the kind staff the food was delicious with pretty good portion sizes. I got a Italian herb and cheese sub with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, lettuce and tomato That was toasted. They do an OK job on making the sandwiches here but there's something wrong with their soda fountain. Every time I go in there I get a Diet Coke and it just has a weird flavor to it. I don't know if it's their machine or they're using some off brand and calling it Diet Coke but it's just not right. But that's my main complaint. Other than that it's OK.

I ordered a footlong BLT and the girl put 4 pieces of bacon on the sandwich - it’s supposed to be 8 pieces. My boyfriend ordered the Monster sandwich, she barley put cheese on the sandwich. The bacon was half cooked, literally flimsy. She had a bad attitude for the entire 10 minutes we were in there. We’ve been here several times but will not be back.
