Was in Drive through and heard horsing around, so went inside. Inside was freezing cold they must have had the a/C to frostbite. Then there were like 5 people in Back and waited in fro t forever. No o e attended so had to leave. Horrible
I visited Taco Bell recently and had a disappointing experience with Stephanie's behavior towards Kimberly in the drive-thru. Kimberly was trying to assist us with our order, but Stephanie yelled at her, insisting we figure out our own bags. This lack of teamwork and customer service was disappointing. The crusty musty dusty obese beluga working the window had the worst attitude. She answered with "whatchu want" and proceeded to be extremely disrespectful and told us "McDonald's across the street" this happened directly after they had told us to "wait a minute" I don't know who hurt her but she's getting Hella pressed over a minimum wage paying graveyard shift.
