Marcy was excellent! Her service was superb! Her vibe yielded a pre holiday spirit. The salad was light and good. In here, it's always Friday.

For a quick lunch for franchise food, everything we had at the table was very good. The mac & cheese side dish was to die for literally boneless chicken wings were great, not chopped but actual white meat breast pieces, not greasy salad fresh enough. Relatively quick cheap great place to go with a group class. No one expects Fridays to be gourmet but everything was very decent.

We gave this place a 2nd try, all within 30 days.Got there at 8pm... there were very few people dining. The place was practically dead. Service is the SLOWEST even when it's dead.I can't even imagine what will happen when busy season comes around with all the equestrian folks here... We got the whiskey glazed sliders which are supposed to be two chicken tenders/strips in their own buns. The bun looked like a hot dog bun broken in half by the person who made them. It's like when you're mom broke your hotdog in half for you when you were a kid. The chicken itself was a super tiny strip and barely warm. But I guess that's what you get for 4 bucks. We then ordered our dinners. I got the sampler appetizer "as my dinner" and mentioned this twice but it came out before my husbands dinner so we ended up not eating our dinners at the same time. Mind you, it was DEAD in the restaurant so why couldn't they even get dinner right? Come on guys... Back to my appetizer sampler that was my dinner remember LOL- mozzarella sticks were not even warm, chicken wings were dry. It was a huge let down. Anyway, my husband's dinner finally came out long after I had almost finished mine. He got the chicken and shrimp sizzler meal for 20 bucks. It was so/so. Nothing to rave about. The sizzling sounds from the iron plate made it sounds and look a lot better than it tasted. And for 20 bucks it was a tiny chicken breast and maybe 6 marinated shrimp. We did however see a consistent amount of people coming in for take out orders which blew my mind. Overall - a YardHouse or Miller's Ale House would be a dream come true in place of TGI at this location. It's just such let down. Sorry

Excellent customer service provided by Alex our waiter tonight. He was polite, fast, funny and provided a great first experience at this location. Food was also fast and fresh. We'll be back.

It was my first time going there, and let me tell y’all, the food was delicious! At first I had second thoughts about going there, but ever since my first time, I would always recommend going there if someone want to go out to eat. Customer service was amazing as well, the employees were so nice and helpful.

Arrived around 4:50pm on Wednesday and there were a few customers in the bar area and my 95 yr old father and I were seated on the other side of the restaurant. We waited around 17 min to even get a drink order. They only had 1 waitress working and she was handling the bar area as well as regular tables. Once the 17 minutes passed I had to waive her down as she completely forgot about us.Wheelchair accessibility: Needed accessibility for a walker in the rest rooms

I order a bucket of bones(curbside pickup)and I was very disappointed. First, I called to let them know I’d arrived, secondly, this guy comes out and tells me they have no curbside order, but proceeded to tell me the drink I ordered. Finally, the same guy brings my food out. Fast forward, I get home, open my food and the condiments laying on my fries! 1 ketchup, a wipe and a cup of ranch. The food was old, wings hard and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. Not to mention my drink wasn’t filled to the rim. Worst experience and a waste of my money…$39.86 to exact!
