The food was ok. But atmosphere and Brianna our server was phenomenal! She deserves a raise!! I would go there more often!

Awful. It is probably costing RT more money to keep the lights on at this place. From start to finish it was clear our server didn’t care whether we stayed or went. No greeting at all. The garden bar selection tasted dated. Just not fresh. You could tell our food probably sat in the window for 10 minutes or more - once again, the server’s fault. The poor manager was doing the server’s job the whole time, and at least the manager acted like she cared. The reason I am so critical of this experience is because I dedicated six years of my life to this company. We had standards, and we did well. But people like our server tonight and the rest of the employees at this location will let it fail and it will close down and be another empty Ruby Tuesday. Not surprising, as the quality was sub par at best. Overall the whole thing just made me really sad.

I was so excited to finally try here, my family tried to take me for my birthday! we got there and were seated the 6 of us. we sat for 20min with no acknowledgement that we were even there. we had questions about menu and no one came after giving them to us. After waiting for another couple min, we walked out so disappointing ?.

absolutely horrible and lazy staff not to mention food was horrible and bathroom was dirty and oh ya I counted 5 staff members sitting and looking at their phone waitress barely spoke English forgot my drink acted like she didn't want to be there and had a attitude

Love the salad bar! Not many places still offer this feature and theirs has a huge variety. Had burgers, which were average, but the cookie skillet and red velvet cake were delicious!

My husband made reservations for tonight for me my mom my daughters and him, we waited at the door for 5 min giving us lots of time to view the market prices know this meal would cost approx 400$ one table in the place had people that already had their food but the waiter was at that table . , lady stood at the bar on the phone hung up and came to the door and said sit where you want we sat at the only table that wasn’t a booth that would fit 5 . Sat down waited 5 minutes I stood up and grabbed menus off the booths tables. We have never ate here had questions about the menu, nobody came over , after another ten minutes we all figured if we were going to spend over $400 we would like to do it at a restaurant that at least acknowledge us. We got up and left and still nobody said a word to us!!! What the heck no wonder the place was empty! Went and had an amazing dinner at red lobster!! Had excellent service spent $350 and a $50 tip don’t bother here goto red lobster!!!!

Don’t do it I paid 80$ on skip for two crab legs one potatoe and half a corn on the cob. The sauce wasn’t good I can make better at home and the meat didn’t taste fresh at all
