We had Trey and Autumn cater our wedding at Rayshell Ranch on 12/2/23 without having tried their food, and it could not have been any better! They worked with us to find a menu that fit our budget, the presentation on the day of looked wonderful, and we had several guests tell us it was the best brisket they've ever had. They even wrapped up the leftovers for us, which made some bomb breakfasts for the next week! (Huge corn roll fan here!) :) Thank you so much, Trey and Autumn!! We'll be recommending you to anyone and everyone we know.

I could have sworn that they already had reviews in here but I looked and there wasn't. Omg, some of the best bbq I've ever had! The husband and wife team operate out of a trailer and park at various locations around Palm Beach County. If you follow them on IG, you'll find where they are. They are super friendly and kind and you'll taste the love in their food. Tonight I ordered their "Big Messy", a pulled pork sandwich with slaw and a tangy bbq sauce and I asked for pickles on it. The sandwich came with two sides and I chose southern green beans and Mac and cheese. The flavors coming from everything were truly amazing. The green beans had bacon and onions in a delicious sauce, perfectly seasoned. The pulled pork was a generous portion and when you got a bite of everything together it was sooooo good. The Mac and cheese was creamy and not too rich, just enough. I definitely recommend finding them, the food is amazing!
