Tijuana Flats on 441 in Royal Palm. Located in a shopping Plaza, we had lunch here on a Sunday. Lots of fun artwork for us to see. We were greeted with the sweetest, most helpful front worker girl who took our order and recommended the deals of the day. We went for all the deals and got our food within 5 mins. Food was delicious, hot sauce bar have us a lot of yummy options, the place was overall fun, friendly, and an easy lunch option. Service was good, the young guy at the register was kind and attentive. The food was just ok but my family are Mexican Food snobs so it takes a lot to impress. The guacamole was a bit cold & stale tasting like it had been refrigerated all day. They offered authentic Mexican sodas which I thought was nice. Cool vibe though! Overall I would return if I happen to be in the area.

Placed on order online, they never brought it out, the order was for my kids and myself. I Called after waiting there for 15 minutes after it said my order was completed and ready. The girl who answered blamed it on the iPad and took zero accountability. Asked for a refund and that will be my last time visiting a Tijuana flats restaurant.

This place is really hot or miss. Sometimes the food is great and other times the food is absolutely horrible. The queso cheese for chips is almost always old, thick, and not hot. If you order two of the same meal (meaning the same meal for you and same meal for someone else in your group) someone will get all the meat and the other will mostly be filled with veggies/rice.Is this place amazing, nope not at all. Is it convenient, it can be. Would I ever go out of my way to come here, absolutely not.

First time ordering delivery from this store, I usually go to Wellington, no problems there, never order delivery but today I couldn’t drive and I decided asked for my order to be delivered at certain time, my husband received the order and when I open the bag, that wasn’t my order, different name and order, be careful when you order delivery, looks that the driver is a careless person that doesn’t even make sure to deliver at the right address.

When you order make sure you don't do it through Door Dash otherwise you will receive a totally inedible to eat meal. They do this because they are not responsible for your money and Door Dash only will returns you 2.99 for a meal of 14 dollars. However, they are paid for a service that they do not offer, so they take advantage of the situation.The only job is to put together your meal with the ingredients you asked for and they do it wrong. It's not about money, it's about giving a good service regardless of whether you see the customer's face or not.Totally disgusting customer service when they are the ones who make the mistake.
