“Wow just WOW! Overall experience and quality with them have surpassed my expectations! It was incredibly difficult to find both a vegan AND gluten free bakery but was blessed to have found them! From the start of our conversation to the very end it was very professional! The cake arrived on time and handled with care! It turned out so beautiful and was absolutely delicious! The price was also very reasonable! I’ve heard of it being difficult to work with both vegan and gluten free baked goods but they have it down packed! Being that they are faith based is the cherry on top! I 100% recommend their business!“

We never order eggplant parmigiana anywhere because we have had the best. Plant Based Mafia makes incredible eggplant parmigiana among every other awesome dish! The desserts are all created by Dina herself. I cannot say enough about her Vegan Cheesecakes, Raw Snickers Bar and any other of her creations. Love it!“

The food isn't life-changing, but if you want a decent mac and cheese bowl or grilled cheese they will make it for you and the staff are always pleasant and try to be accommodating. My favorite is the build your own grilled cheese, use cheddar and a sprinkle of bleu cheese, add onions and peppers if you like, and finish it with breaded chicken and Buffalo sauce. Then as for a little buffalo and ranch for dipping. Mwah!
