I guess there's no manager working there cause I waited 20 minutes in front of the Baskin Robbins section and not 1 person acknowledged the person in front of me or myself or the person behind us.Nothing stated that you have to go to the Dunkin' Donuts side and order there. I'll never go back to your store again. So I walked out. I guess we are invisible. Very unprofessional.

Waited 30 minutes for ice cream that never came. Lots of workers, but nobody really cared to take care of walk in customers. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Won't be going to this place again.

they suck. i went at 9:30 with my family and got a banana split they lady didn't even know how to make it. i got a mint chocolate chip milk shake and another person made it and watered it down with milk it was HORRIBLE!!!! Then when it hit 10pm the lady yelled "our store has officially closed everyone in dine in needs to get out" with a attitude. that lady needs to learn some respect since we are paying her bills. don't be rude to your customers! They whole staff started arguing when we told her to be more respectful.

The young woman helping serve us was helpful and courteous. I will say though that BR has become very expensive, the scoop sizes are smaller and the quality has gone down.Its almost soft serve at this point and there were ice chunks in the ice cream indicating it's been refrozen after melting.I wasn't impressed, but it was a beautiful day and Ice cream was what I wanted. It hit the spot despite the small portion and the product not being up to the BR standard I expected.If it wasn't for the staff, id have given the experience 3 stars. But the staff was great so 4 ?

We were happy with the ice cream but the customer service was bad. They were not necessarily rude but you got like 6 of them standing around while only one helps customers inside. Will definitely go down the road to kimies from now on.

Went here to get our dog a cool treat on a hot day. We ordered a pup cup. They charged us $1 for a tiny cup (mouth wash size) of redi-whip. No ice cream!!! Will not be going here again!

Stopped by the store in sun city and was told at 9:32 that they aren’t serving any more ice cream for the rest of the night. You guys close at 10!!! This is ridiculous
Today I had horrible customer service for a young teen boy around 6:30pm in the drive through. Who started with an attitude the moment we pulled up. There’s no flavors on the menu in the drive thru, so I looked up the menu online and carlos told him what he wanted and he said “ uh ya we don’t do that. We don’t have that flavor “ and carlos says oh okay what do you have? And he huffed and listed off like 20 flavors as fast as he could. So I said to my boyfriend he needs to fix his attitude and this boy says “EXCUSE ME?!” I told him to fix his attitude and he tells me to get out of his drive through. When I asked for the manager he says he is the manager. He proceed to flip me off as we’re leaving the drive through. I worked in customer service for 10 years and that ain’t it ESPECIALLY if you’re claiming to be a manager.

Ice cream is good but service is not. The workers sit around and do nothing when it's not closed, and they say it's shut down for cleaning or something. One girl is knitting. The others have head sets on talking. Im not one to complain, bit they close at 10 and it's 9:28. No where does it say they have special hours. It's Tuesday. I might as well go to dairy Queen or something and stop giving business.
