Received a mostly carbonated water drink, instead of cola. My sandwich order was marked wrong, nice gentleman at window corrected the sandwich part, but forgot the sauce request I made. Was missing a straw for one of the drinks. Otherwise it was ok.

Host = Virginia, Ticket # = 30248, date/time of order = 02/29/2024, the two main items were WHOPPER CHEESE (2 @ $6.39).When we got home the two Woppers were ice cold (we live ~2.0 miles from BK); and low and behold, while we were charged for two Wopper w/Cheese THERE WAS NO CHEESE (the wrapper said WHOPPER CHEESE) on top of being ice cold.RECOMMENDATION - do not use this location, relatively new facility, extremely clean. Also, when I arrived, no customers at the counter, but a little girl off to the side with a drink in her hand, waited about 2-minutes before addressed by Virigina, after placing my order the little girl moved up close to the counter and asked five times for help; finally I interjected with a stronger male voice and said "Excuse me, this little girl is asking for help." at which time an employee helped the little girl. I ordered burger King for my kids. I had 2 coupons, I had whooper Jr with fried. I specifically asked for no ketchup on the burger and the gave me mayo and ketchup. I went back to get the right order and the manager told them yo give me a smaller burgers. It literally was smaller than a donkin donut! She is very unprofessional and if burger King it teaching the managers to make customers pay for burgers that's smaller in size that is ripping people off! I work hard for my money and I would like to image the owners of burger King would not like someone ripping them off as well! Very displeased!!

Good food and service makes a great effort but they got my order wrong and didn't have iced tea.
I love the breakfast here and it's my go to spot before work. The staff is so kid and overall wonderful. I have never had a mixed up order or food that wasn't mouth wateringly good! 100%

The general manager Vicky was so rude. I ordered through the mobile app one night. I went to pick up my order around 11:30 and they were closed even though they close at 12 according to the sign. My card was charged so I went to get a refund the next day and the general manager acted as if I did something to her. All I wanted was my refund because I spent almost $60 that night. She told me I should of confirmed the order through drive thru. How can I confirm an order when it was no one there to confirm it with.? She refused to refund my money but she was able to pull up my order on her screen. When I ask for corporate number where I can talk to an actual person about my refund she said get the number off the door. Instead of saying I'm sorry this happen to you let's make this better she choose to be rude. I will never go back to this burger king.
