Paid for two pot pies, drinks and two mashed and there was only one pie in the bag. Drove 15 miles home and phoned immediately only to get no answer and the mail box was full. Ticket 2097 1:01 pm 26 Feb. Too far to drive back. Check your bags.

My pick up order was 20 minutes late picking up. Very dirty store. The manager was yelling to a store employee while he was inb the bathroom.

I just had the worst experience at this KFC . Went to the slowest drive thru in Florida. The woman taking orders had the worst attitude ever to be taking people's orders. It started when I pulled up to the speaker and no acknowledgment. I said I'm ready to order and her response was, "you just pulled up so you have to wait damn it ". Now at the pick-up window she even has more attitude. I requested 3 times that she keep the receipt, so when she handed it to me I put the receipt on the window ledge and the wind blew it in the restaurant. Next I hear her say "did you see that, he threw the receipt at me. I'm gonna go out and kick his butt" At that point I should have called the police but I spoke to the manager that looked like a deer in headlights that is probably afraid of her employees. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! No apologies from the manager. Will NEVER be back to this location. Time of incident was 12:20 pm on Thursday February 8, 2024.

This place isn't even worthy of one star. Several visits it's always taken forever for service. This time I attempted to get food and waited almost 20 minutes for no one to answer at the box to take my order. No one even greeted me asking me to wait. Pulled up to the window and STILL was not greeted. I finally said hello and a gentleman told me he doesn't work window and can't help me. There was ONE person in the restaurant. How is this place still even open?

This KFC is absolutely worse, KFC I have ever been to. Made an online order and was told that my order would be ready at 7:50pm. I get their 7:55pm one of the rude workers states well she got to wait for nuggets because we don't have none. She literally complained the whole time. If you can't provide great service or are mad because people are spending money, then this is not the job for you. I won't ever be returning.

I ordered a three-piece and got a four piece. And you were out of crispy. If I'd have known you were out of crispy I would have went somewhere else. But yet I was charged for a four piece . In the cashier refuse to redo it. Her name was Susan.

Went to KFC -Ruskin FL and went inside to tell them about the order a week ago at the drive through. They gave me two thighs when I ordered and paid for two breasts and sides. The assistant manager said she had to ask the manager about it. The answer was "I needed to bring the Thighs back to the resturant if I wanted any kind of credit." I had not even said I wanted a credit. I expected at least a "we are sorry" Obviously the manager had never had any training in Customer Service. I had been going to this KFC for 11 years. Going forward I will be going to Popeye's.Thier total lack of customer service will cost them$300-$400 a year.

Food was good that was the only good thing,Employees were slow and complaining about there work schedule a cussing where customers could clearly hear it, I understand short staff but complaining and cussing loudly is another thing.Place was so dirty I about lost my appetite. Trash overflowing bathrooms are dirty floors and tables are dirty and nothing was stalked at the filling station lids were scattered all over the place and no strawsVery poorly run needs to be addressedAlso the cashier picked up chicken with her bare hand without any gloves, and ate a piece and the had a sip of drink then WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS, helped a customer at the register the. Went and handled the food with her hands AGAIN WITHOUT GLOVES AND WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS then paused and scratched her ear then put her UNWASHED HAND back on the customers chicken and served itGROSS AND UNSANITARY who knows where her hands have been!
