Terrible terrible experience every single time never fails. Messed up my order messed up my everything you can think of. Never fails. Management and owner should be ashamed of themselves I can’t believe this terrible establishment is still running. It should be shut down because the quality and people are terrible. I hope the owner reads this and feels awful. I hope you take pride in the terrible work that comes out of this place.

I had earned points for a free coffee and I had asked for extra cream and sugar. They wanted to charge me extra for the liquid sugar and then the way they went about it is what really set my morning. The lady that was taking my money kept saying to whom ever “no she has to pay” a couple times she said that. I don’t mind paying, but don’t make it a big deal because then it becomes a big deal. So since they wanted to be petty and charge me $.42 liquid sugar, I also was petty and asked for a receipt. And now being more petty by leaving this review.

Had order so many time and decided to give a rating its always missing something when I
trying to pick a uber order up at 2 am. no answer to the drive thru no one in the kitchen or lobby no answer to the phone and the order was still up on the screen clearly visible and 2 employees cars are outside. 3/26/24 whatever they are doing they had a line of cars and people asking hello repeatedly at the speaker….

On 3/24/24 @ 7:40a.m. many people inside eating. Went to drive thru & one vehicle on right side. Pulled up to left one and waited. No one assisting me. Went to right side and waited. No one assisted me. Drove up to window and three people there and no one assisted me. Ended up going to drive thru @ Burger King across the street and in and out in less then 2 minutes. 5001 Tamiami Trail Ruskin FL McDonalds is the WORST one I've ever been to.
