I really enjoy Wendy's, it has to be one of my favorite fast food joints. Their nacho fries and cheddar and bacon fries are my favorite.

I arrived at Wendy’s at 10:20 on a Saturday night where they are suppose to be open til 2am. They tell me only Uber orders or mobile orders after waiting for 20+ minutes in the drive thru. This is not the first time. I will not be coming back to this location.

My husband stopped on his way home from work and brought me a parmesan caesar salad. When I opened the top of the plastic container, it smelled real bad. It was definitely the chicken because I picked up individual pieces of chicken and lettuce. It was definitely the chicken. I didn't eat it because I didn't want to get sick. We had to throw it out. So, I tried calling over and over with someone picking up the phone and hanging it up right away. I wanted to talk to the manager and let him/her know so no one gets food poisoning, if the whole batch is contaminated. I will try again later or tomorrow. If they hang up on me again, I'll call their corporate office. Someone in charge needs to know this. We live in an over 55 community and I would hate for someone to get sick or worse because of this.

Manager was screaming and cursing at workers and throwing receipts at customers and yelling at people in the drive through and having an overall bad attitude. The workers were nice but the burgers tasted questionable and had stale dry bread and the overall atmosphere was dirty and unpleasant as the manager was walking around yelling at people

Worst management, had 7 people standing around but told me she had no cash register Operator and what I order is not something that the kiosk will customize, so instead of the 13 or 14$ my meal would of normally costed it was $20. She could of rang me up but shes an incompetent robot, never should of been allowed control of a cat let alone a restaurant.

This place says it’s open till 2 AM. I got here at 1 o’clock and the first thing they told me at the drive-through is that they cannot take any orders. nobody in line and it’s a restaurant right off the exit for people to eat but whoever is working at this location of March 3 at 1:22 AM. Pretty much told me that they’re not serving food anymore but they’re advertising clearly says 2 AM. so if you plan on getting here or stopping here for future visits, don’t stop at all cause they clearly don’t care about customer service.
Seems well run. Get it for buck deal excellent.
