Pizza Hut lost its soul decades ago. It's good for what it is, decent hot "pizza" that will fill you up while watching your movie but there are better mom-and-pop venues that offer far superior pies in the local AOR! The boneless (not bone-in) spicy hot wings will lite you on fire! I love those, but make sure to check the sauce coverage BEFORE leaving the counter. They skimp sometimes!

I ordered a pizza and wings online at 3:18 p.m. The order was for pick up at 8:30. At 8:20 I receive a call saying that they closed at 8 p.m. so they couldn't prepare my order. So why didn't they call a couple hours earlier instead of waiting till after they were closed? Carry out was supposed to be open until 11 p.m. Here's an idea; call me before you close and ask me if I could pick up my order thirty minutes earlier!

Ordered a delicious Supreme pizza for lunch. It was ready in fifteen minutes and was loaded and hot when I picked it up. The man inside was friendly and courteous as he handed it to me at the pickup window. Getting to this location is a bit tricky but well worth it! I'd recommend this pizza to all. Hot and delicious. Cooked to perfection.

This place needs to be shut down or taken over by new management. Just ordered a big pizza box with half pep/olives for one and a pep for the other. Pizza was burnt. Breadsticks were burnt. That happens. Chicken was undercooked badly. That's dangerous and worthy of a visit from the state of Florida. Will be calling first thing Monday. Everything being thrown out.

Pizza Hut ? More like pizza butt!! I ordered pizza online and it said it'll take 25 mins to come to my house. I called after a hour went by and they told me it's already on its way and we'll give it to you free for the lateness I then waited . After 2 hours an ice cold pizza arrived at my door that I then had to drive back to Pizza Hut where I found out they never actually filed my return and I had to get it done all over again . Never will I buy from this Pizza Hut again .

Ordered online to pick up at 6:15pm. Arrived on time and waited 10 minutes before someone asked me if I was been helped. No one can find my order and manager came and finally found it... NOT ready... asked for a refund or card credit and he refused to provide it to me... eventually after 30 minutes I was able to get a voided transaction receipt. HOW THIS PLACE STILL ON BUSINESS???!!!?!?!

I should have looked at these previous reviews before ordering. I would seriously give this play zero stars. I placed an order online for delivery around 3:30. I figured since it's a holiday, they would be a little slower but after two hours and no food (after receiving a text that it was out for delivery) I called the store. The girl who answered apologized and said it was coming out now. After 45 more minutes, I called back and was bounced around from rep to rep. Finally I got the store back on the phone (now almost 3 hours post deadline). The girl who answered before told me that my order was already delivered. Wrong! I was practically stalking my front step for my order. The manager then accused me of lying about not receiving my food and then said if he remade my food, I had to be outside in the rain to meet the delivery driver. Please do not order from here!!

The store manager should be fired!! My pizza was 2 hours late and when I asked to speak to a manager, she put the store manager on the phone. I told her the situation and asked their delivery policy and she told me that she would give me a refund and literally just hung up on me! I appreciate the refund because the food was freezing cold, but she didn't even ask if that was okay or even said goodbye! I've worked in the food service for many years and I could NEVER DREAM of showing the lack of quality costumer service as she did!!!! I understand that they might have been busy, but she could've handled that way differently. Even her employees were rude with me when I told them how late the pizza was! I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut again!
If I could give this ridiculous excuse for a store -10 I would. Their employees are ignorant and rude and no wonder, look at their leadership! Their store manager is completely incompetent and has zero clue on how to provide at least an average customer service. They are a joke! They messed up my order which was supposed to be a delivery for my daughter's school party and it was showing as a carry out at the different store! They charged my card and refused to rectify the situation. I had to place another order to ensure that my daughter and her classroom get pizza and had to pay twice! When I asked him for his supervisor's name, he only said it's Lilly. When I asked for her contact info, he said that he will have her cal me...Yeah okay! Then hung up on me. My next call is to corporate. I realize it's a franchise but people you employ completely demolish your brand. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and I will tell everyone I know how you treat your customers. Although based on your reviews, you are already aware. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

We ordered two large pizzas for delivery in Ruskin. We’ve done this many times over the years. This time we were told delivery would be in 15 minutes. That seemed strange because we’re about 10 minutes away. An hour later there was no sign of a delivery. We called and asked for a status. They had NO record of an order. Now the number is on speed dial and we all very clearly heard the order being placed. They completely blew us off. There was no apology of any sort AND they didn’t even offer to fill the order. Nor did they make any attempt whatsoever to make amends. They clearly don’t care about their customers. They have been removed from speed dial and we will NEVER do business with them again. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. A one is WAY too high.

I stopped by this evening and the place looked disgusting from the get go. Staff were standing in the back and stuffing their faces with food. Nobody attending to customers. I walked out and went elsewhere.

Either the ovens are not hot enough or they're not leaving the pizzas in long enough. Been there two times in a week and both times pizza dough is not fully cooked. Did complain to them they gave us a credit. Came back same thing pizza not fully cooked you could still see the individual cheeses because they had not fully melted.

The service is slow and the pizza under cooked. I found out Pizza Hut uses a lot of soy filler in all it's ingredients and it tastes like it. East Coast Pizza and Joey D's are the two best pizza joints that I've tried around Ruskin, both are New York Style pizzas. Joey D's is actually in Bradenton but well worth the drive. I love their lasagna with meatballs, too!
