“another great dive bar in the area, you do not need to bring your own smokes because the air you breath is all you need, the bartender/waitress/chef works hard, all the while holding her smoke in her cake hole. Good stuff. Music is good, the corned beef on rye and the beef dip are delicious and what at great price, half of what you would pay anywhere else, if you are a member of a motorcycle club, you are welcome if not wearing colors, it says so right on the door. There is a bowling arcade game that is to die for, real action. There was not an available seat at the bar where the day drinking members had taken over, each with a beer and a shot, chain smoking. “I ordered the fish and chips with trepidation. Fish and chips can easily go horribly wrong, frozen fish sticks, batter that could have been Wonder Bread wrapped around a chunk of mystery white fish before hitting the oil, Sometimes the oil may have needed changing a couple weeks before, you know what I mean, but much to my delight the fish and chips at Flanagan's were a successful order, cooked perfectly, 2 nice sized pieces of golden brown, crisp battered fish. Fries can be the second part of a fish and chip order than can go crooked in a hurry, however the homemade, perfectly cooked and seasoned lightly fries were excellent. “Ok if you're looking for a place with a mixologist and fancy cocktails you're not gonna get it. If you're looking for cheap drinks and smoke inside yep you'll get that. They've upgraded the menu since I started coming in. They've got an air fryer, toaster oven and a George Forman grill. They can make pizza burgers fries and wings now. The pizza is decent they offer a limited number of toppings but if you forgot to eat before drinking or are hungry while drinking you've got some options. The service is great they actually come say hey no matter how busy they stop by and say hi. If you're not a regular they know and will spend a little extra time with you. They have karaoke on Friday nights and most people are pretty good. If you're in Clearwater and wanna hang with some locals stop in. If you're looking to get out the house and go to a neighborhood dive bar stop on in.“
“Ryan was excellent. We can in from out of town and my other half wanted to see the ND game, he's a huge fan. It wasn't on local TV so Ryan put on his Peacock account and put the game on for us with sound. Great bar knowledge and great atmosphere. Clean and well maintained bar. Can't wait to visit again!“
“Surprisingly enough they serve the best Fish and Chips around! Nice white flaky fish with just enough coating...2 large pieces...slaw and fries...all great...what really makes it is the homemade tartar sauce. It is so good we always request extra to dip our fries in it! Wish I could remember our waitress's name...the sweetest most pleasant girl... She works days...she always has a smile for us and is quite attentive to our needs. If you like GOOD fish and chips, give them a try.“

“Went here by invitation from a friend of mine. The wife and I had been here one other time and had dinner. This time we were just stopping by for a beer since it was close to closing time. Irish 31 is a great little Irish bar . Plenty of seating inside and out and the food and drinks is exactly what you would expect from a local bar. Nothing here is going to blow your mind but we saw several groups of people hanging out and enjoying themselves. Low key , relaxed and good service.“

“We love to go there and watch the cats band on third Friday. They just have beer and wine I wish they had shots of vodka but that's okay.. we end up with white claw. Wish you had those mojitos. small dance floor but we all pack in like sardines. Bartenders are super busy. Maybe add one more on third Friday. How about add one more on third Friday! The manager should adjust the tables so they don't wobble they are all soo wobbly. Lots of fun here. Oh yeah if you get any extra money add another bathroom!“
