WOW, do we wish this spot was a little closer to us! We have been twice now and LOVE it here! David welcomes you with such care, and every staff member is friendly and efficient. The cocktail menu is one of the best in the area! Our dishes this time (salmon and chicken marsala) were on point! Dessert was apple cobbler, also excellent! Various seating areas both indoors and outside. Really great spot! Highly recommend!

Phenomenal food , such a quaint place , well decorated and smelled like fresh herbs when i walked in. Must try if you are in Safety Harbor. Stopped in for lunch and was greeted promptly, had the stew which was amazing the meat melted in my mouth. My lunch entree did not disappoint I order the braised short rib and it was cooked to perfection and the sides were homemade and you tell they used fresh ingredients . Cailyn did an amazing job taking care of me and made this experience even more enjoyable.

The Kitchen truly deserves a five-star review for its exceptional grouper meal, which I can confidently say was the most delicious dish I've ever tasted. The masterful blend of fish, herbs, and olives delivered an extraordinary flavor that captivated me from the very first bite. Service was equally impressive, with Candy, a server with a wonderfully kind spirit, ensuring our experience was delightful. The staff's efficiency and constant attention, paired with their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor, made us feel as though we were royalty dining in the comfort of our own home. It was like eating in a busy airport terminal where everyone was 10 minutes late for flight. Nothing extra is given. Food rushed . We were in and out in 30 minutes. Prices were high.
We had a fantastic time dining arrived at 5:30pm. Greeted and seated immediately. Fun place, great atmosphere our server was very friendly. Huge menu and food was excellent. 4 of us were all first timers. Went to a show ( Dylan) Ruth Eckerd Hall. Prices very reasonable. Cool house lots of different rooms. Highly recommend. Easy parking and Safety Harbor great old Fl town!

Our first time here and our party of 4 was recommended a table on the rear covered patio which we happily accepted as it was a beautiful mild evening. The other rooms we passed through were lively and a bit noisy but not overly so. The service was friendly and prompt and the patio was very pretty and remained quiet enough for easy conversation even as tables filled up. We shared a stacked caprese and Bao buns and they were both really delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the duck, beautifully moist, well seasoned and no problems subbing in mashed potatoes for the wild rice on the menu. The short ribs were also tender and flavorful. We all agreed that The Kitchen is going on our list of favorites and we will definitely return. Thanks David for your warm welcome!

I frequent the Kitchen a lot with my girlfriend and we have brought a lot of people here since we have found this gem. The staff has always been great to us. Love the crab cake Benedict. I can’t wait to try the new pork belly hash that they just put in the menu. Definitely make a reservation if you can in advance. The outside lanai is very nice to have a meal.

Ate here on 2/27/24. Excellent food and service in a really neat setting that can accommodate many more people than expected at first sight. We had the shrimp and grits as well as grilled grouper plus a tiramisu martini (shown) and old fashioned. Everything was great.
