Not a Beauty Guru

The ingredients were better than some of the competitions, but the subs were soggy for some reason. May have been a lot of vinaigrette or something from the meats. We got the book in ladder? Sub. And the brownies are uncooked in the middle. I know some people appreciate that and like their brownies like that but I prefer mine cooked. I really like Jimmy John’s brownies. Also do not order ahead unless you want to pay about $10 extra !

Food was great as always but staff seemed to be a bit awkward for some reason. Didn't seem very personable. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I'll just order pickup next time.

The food is horrible and the service is slow and and the building it horrible nasty and not cleaned and organized and the employees are just mean rude and disrespectful and look bored and miserable I don't feel welcomed at all.......... Ordered through the app when Firehouse offered 50% off order this week. Pretty easy transaction with no issues. I had the large New York steam with chips. Pretty good subs like always. Great service!

Do you remember what good customer service is like? Well these folks certainly do. I placed an online order and this is not the usual firehouse that we go to. Somehow the app changed it to the location we normally go to. I go in and ask about my order. In the manager told me they didn't have an order for me. Then we looked at my device and he realized what had happened. Instead of making me go to the location where I had placed my order. He simply made my order and handed it to me. It really makes it to where I want to make this our favorite location now.

Good food and friendly people. We dined in on a Friday night, not very busy and we got our food quickly. I had the hook and ladder salad with light Italian dressing, it was very good and I liked the flavors of it.

Gross!!!I expected more out of a wealthy area. This location was so nasty and dirty. Everything from restrooms, tables, floors, trash cans full, fountain drink covered in old drink, tea and lemon 3.5 hours past the time to replace it. If things look this bad in the public area I can't even imagine what the back looks likes. They definitely need new management and a deep, deep cleaning.

I've been eating here almost weekly. On May 8th I sent in 9 receipts to be added to my rewards points and all I get is emails saying they are working on it or no emails at all. I've tried contacting them thru the website, and the app and thru emails. So just to let you know, at this point they've lost my business.

I would be giving this place a 3 star review due to the lady cashier ruining my mood for being rather pushy, and obstinate with the ordering process. But if it were not for the fact of Christian who I assume to be a server/cleaner, and his wonderful customer service to me it truly may have been 3 stars. He was splendid with his attitude. His impactful welcome, and his smile, willingness, and enthusiasm. I honestly love that there are people out there willing to go out of their way to make sure we the customers are well taken care of. I used to be management for a restaurant in the past, and this is the kind of service I would always love to have in the restaurant I managed for. The food was delectable, on point, and generously portioned. Definitely filled my appetite to a T. The lobby was clean (I assume its the same wonderful person who attended me because I also saw him making sure tables and floor were spotless. Honestly overall a good experience, and will definitely be coming back for more. A better attitude in a restaurant, with positive thinking will go a long ways for you guys. Thank you so much! -K.A.

Today a friend and I went to get dinner and we decided to come to firehouse well it started off great was greeted at the door nicely with a welcome to firehouse by a young gentleman. I placed my order and a friend of some of the workers came in and a couple of them started talking to him which is fine you know it's always nice to acknowledge your friends but costumers started piling in and they were still talking it took about 25 minutes for our sandwiches to get out and when they did one was wrong for some reason it included jalapeños and banana peppers which definitely wasn't asked for it would have been fine if the some of the workers were messing around when you have a job that pays you to work you should work. It's nice to have fun and all but when people see this it's just frustrating. Coming from someone who has experience working at firehouse. This behavior was not acceptable at the one I worked at.
