“This was only my 3rd or 4th time getting Poke and thankfully Kemin was extremely patient with me and even helped me understand the different menu items to order my bowl. The customer service provided by Kemin was absolutely unmatched and a breath of fresh air. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! Overall, I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!“
“Just a touch of island home here in Jax. Makes me miss the Aina and the local L&L in Oahu. There's really not much to say here...Loco Moko - LEGIT. Katsu Chicken - like auntie/uncle made it. I will say the KBBQ was a bit saltier than my taste - I expected it to be sweeter from my preference of Kalbi/KBBQ ribs, but still super good - not complaining at all, just something I noticed as different.The last star? well that's reserved for Lechon and some Huli chicken. Yo! Howzit brah that yall don't have Huli chicken! Other than that da kine Ono braddah! Mahalo nui loa, ohana!“
“Love this spot! Amazing boba with good food and even greater service, Kate, who helped me pick out my boba was super friendly and fun to talk too. Genuinely the highlight of my day was talking to her and eating some good food! This spot is super clean, and is decorated adorably!“
“Truth be told, these things are delicious. Roughly the same price as buying a roll at a restaurant but a lot more sushi. I got full off of a single Southside when usually I can put away 4 deep fried rolls. So yeah, this was worth the money. My wife got the Florida Crunch and it was also delicious. (I got to finish it for her because it was too much) Definitely going to be my food court go-to when we come to The Avenues.“
“Placed an order through UberEats so by the time the food got to me, it wasn't super fresh/the right temp - but I can't fault the restaurant for that! Food was still good though! I liked the salmon roll and the Jimmy Smith roll! I like fried rolls, but I feel like sometimes you taste more of the friedness than the ingredients; the JS was the best of both worlds for me! Fried rice was a little dry but still good, adding some soy sauce helped. Not a fan of the cheese wontons though, the filling was too sweet and wonton shell was not fried/crispy enough - wouldn't order again. I was also disappointed that chopsticks, shrimp sauce, and soy sauce weren't included with the order. I usually get more than enough from other sushi places I've ordered from. It wasn't the end of the world, I had everything but shrimp sauce at home, but I like to put shrimp sauce in my fried rice so that was kind of a bummer. Will definitely be back/order again, but will probably try some gyoza next time instead of wontons.“
