Terrible service. I got a text that our order was ready so my husband drove to the store.The workers were all on their phones and didn’t look up to greet him entering the store.He sat there and waited a good 3 minutes before having to ask where our order was.The worker told him “oh someone took your order. It was just here and now it’s gone”.Instead of trying to rectify it, she refunded us and sent us on our way.They never made the order & then tried to lie about their laziness.LOL WHAT A JOKE OF EMPLOYEES.Sad world we’re living in with customer service.Should be ashamed of the customer service their parents forgot to teach them.

I used to love coming to this location. It used to run way better. Now it’s like they don’t have Brains. I asked for pepperoni and got pineapple. And they pretty much told me “you get what you get” I just don’t understand how a restaurant can be run by complete idiots. The customer service is nothing like it used to be. And since when does papa Johns just get to close whenever they want?? I would love for a supervisor or someone from above to put a lot of work into that place you call a “restaurant”. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness of that store. I lot of new faces and none of them know how to greet customers. I miss the old staff that would make us feel like regulars. Just such a shame what this store has turned into. :(

All I wanted tonight was pizza for dinner from Papa John’s. I ordered way before lobby carry out closed at 10:00. It was around 9:45 when I went in and the guy working claimed it was a rough day for sales and sent everyone home. I ordered on the app and waited in my car but had a bad feeling after not getting a time it would be ready in the email confirmation. He was closing early being the only one there. I didn’t know places were run like that. How would I have known there would only be one person working? Not the first time I’ve been let down by this location. I won’t be back. Do better, Papa John’s!
