When I got there to pick up the pizzas, I was unaware that it was a take and bake restaurant. We ordered two pizzas and one was not made correctly. I called back and was told they would refund my money for the one pizza, but they never did. I called three times and was given the run around of why the refund had not reached my account. It was our one and only time going there. The pizza was that was made correctly was tasteless-- no flavor (seasoning). A big waste of money!

Guy that prepared the pizza was talking on the phone with his girlfriend, pizza came out not that well look, hope the manager or the owner can talk with him. Also it isn't hygienic talk on the phone and touch on peoples food. I don't know how he uses his phone right? Maybe I come back after a few months to see if they changed anything. Hope my review helps.

Bought a family size pizza tonight and got home and unwrapped it and at least 2" of the dough around the edge had nothing on it. We did call and talk with the assistant manager and he gave us a free pizza next time. We order a lot from there but staff are not up to date on certain offers.

We showed up on a Saturday and Thomas was the only one in the store. He was extremely professional and efficient. Such a nice kid!! Always a good product when we come here!

Make sure to let the pizza sit out for a bit. If you go from fridge to oven the crust won't be nearly as good as if you let it set out a bit before cooking. Very light and airy with a little patience but I know it's hard to wait given how good the take-n-bake pizza is! F sized pepperoni was deeeee-licious!
Our go-to for Friday movie night pizza takeout .... Always fresh and always delicious. Their special pizzas like the Mediterranean and the Thai Sweet Chilli pizzas are top notch.

Placed the order online for 2 pies not on special but it's all good. We paid extra for extra bell peppers, mozzarella & sauce on Papas Favorite. Showed up shortly after it was ready. Went in and was asked how I placed the order and they said, oh online will be over on the rack. I don't recall seeing a sign or notice it in my text but that would have been nice. Got home, if the photos are of "extra" , then I am curious as to what "normal" looks like. At this pace I would be better off paying for one from Mod Pizza or the likes to get plenty of toppings. Very disappointed with the service, which up until this point has been good. The pizza still tasted good. We just ended up adding the "extra" that we could find at home.
