Nice that smoothie king moved locations. Now you can drive up or walk-in. So I have been disappointed with the smoothie bowls. It’s really hit and miss with how much you get and it is frustrating. For 11.99 the smoothie part of the bowl should be a little more generously filled.

I'm done with the Durbin Pavillion location. I'm tired of paying full price & not getting a full smoothie for the price paid. This is not the first time this has happened. They shake the cup to get the inside of the lid covered with the smoothie so you don't notice you didn't get your money's worth. Most of the time when I get a smoothie it's more like drinking watered down soup in a cup. This was suppose to be a 32 Oz smoothie but as you can see it was not!!!

I go to Smoothie King at Durbin Pavilion often and have always been happy until last night. I went through the drive thru at about 7:50pm. A recording said they were closed. I couldn’t believed they closed before 8:00 on a Sunday so I drove to the front to look at the hours. The workers were still inside cleaning up. The sign said open and on the door it said they were open until 8:00. Since I had driven there just for something to eat, I knocked on the door. A younger guy came to the door. I asked why they were closed when it said they were open until 8:00. He said they just wanted to get home a little early. WOW! I told him that was upsetting since that wasn’t the advertised hours. He said he would probably be upset too and closed the door. If I owned the store, I would want to know that. What a terrible work ethic.

Truly enjoy the Pavilion at Durbin Park with it being approximately 3 miles from the house. Convenience is a major plus having our Smoothie King so close for a quick cool refreshment.I was fortunate to be able to partake twice this week for myself and as a "Plus One", each time selecting some variation of their Coffee Gladiator...think I've come to a realization that the Strawberry Protein with the Sweetened Strawberries is my preference versus with the Bananas.The wife switched it up first having the Strawberry Banana Activator then the Capri Sun.Always the warmest hospitality from the young hard working staff and quick service despite the occasional long lines.

Make sure your order is right is all I can say. Because if it is wrong and you mention it next time you stop by all you will get is a sorry and that's it. Considering I get a smoothie a few times a week just saying sorry does not cut it if you truly in customer loyalty business.

We love getting protein smoothies from this location. The staff is always friendly, they are pretty efficient with orders through drive through or order ahead and the orders are always correct. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and tidy.

This place is AWSOME! I walked in for my FREE Veterans Day Smoothie for being a Veteran of the US Navy and this awesome person fixed me right up withing seconds. In doing so she was multitasking by taking the drive-thru orders and helping another customer at the counter at the same time. I noticed that she was the only person working in the restaurant. She made me a Strawberry/Kiwi Smoothie and it came out perfect. I can't believe how fast and precise this person was. She deserve praise and a raise. This is my Go-To Place for Smoothies and it should be for yours :)
