We are long-term customers who eat here at least two times a month. We came in this evening and the entire shift was extremely rude! We were treated so poorly; in fact, the waitress with the dark hair and long braid actually threw the metal trays at each of us when serving our pizzas. I am so disappointed and am not sure if we’ll be back. There are plenty of pizzerias we can give our business to that are kind and happy to have us.

Happy Pie day!!To join the fun on pie day I placed an online order for a customized 10" pizza at You pie right here in Durbin.My pizza was supposed to be ready at 12:30 when I arrive; however, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes past the estimated time, which I found to be quite ridiculous. This lack of punctuality is definitely not reflective of good customer service.However, I must say that despite the inconvenience, the pizza itself was delicious. The flavors were on point and the crust was cooked perfectly. I just wish the overall experience wasn't marred by the delay on my order.I hope that in the future, this restaurant can work on improving their food preparation time to ensure a more positive experience for their customers. Despite the hiccup, I still enjoyed the pizza and would consider ordering from them again.

Coming into the restaurant was very intimidating! It was March 14th (Pi day) and the place was packed!! It took a while to order but it was worth it.The staff was quite accommodating. They suggested different sauces and toppings for us to try. They even recommended their plant based options!The pizzas and gelato were excellent! We’re definitely coming back.

New owners fantastic! Taylor , our favorite server/cashier is always smiling and so helpful! Generous portions. Different beers to try, which a nice change. Highly recommend! We're going again tonight! Meatball pasta lasts me 3 to 4 meals and gluten free dough is ACTUALLY hood tasting compared to keto bread especially! Treat yourself and go! This is a great location had a great experience. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint is sometimes the dough gets a little stretched out and too thin It has been pretty inconsistent the few times I have gone. However, it is still great pizza and a great time. Would wish they updated the beer selection and change out the selections every now and then.
