Our first time here tonight. Right next to Beach Bod’s gym with a cute little courtyard in the back if you want to dine on site or take it to go to the beach like we did. Jason made sure we had great service and everything was delicious. We got brisket and pulled pork, with mac n cheese, potato salad and double side of collard greens. I try to eat gluten free and my stomach felt fine after the brisket and collard greens even though there might be traces of gluten on things (I didn’t ask, maybe they can accommodate further). We’ll be back to try other things!

I try not to leave bad reviews since I worked food industry for 8 years but this was absolutely terrible for the price. I gave it an go since reviews were decent & pictures looked good. I ordered delivery with Uber eats, no problem with the delivery it’s self but the food was terrible. Beans were burnt and old, inedible. Worst potato salad ever, tasted old and unseasoned couldn’t eat it. Greens had no flavor. The plate of bbq meat was sent with no bbq sauce at all how does that make sense? I paid about $30 for it. Please do better for the prices being charged. I ordered around 730pm-ish prime dinner time food should be fresh not old.

Called in a pickup order for lunch right before they closed at 3:00. Food was actually pretty good and flavorful. Portions are a little smaller than expected for the price, and it's not easy to park and access this spot from the street.All in all, this place is a cute little BBQ joint, friendly atmosphere, and we will probably be back. It's worth trying out!

A small gem you will be happy you found! I can't get over how good the bacon fried cabbage was, and the pulled pork was insanely good too. There's very limited parking, but this place is worth a short walk as well.Parking: 1 spot in front of location
Food was good. The meats were tasty, the sides were good and we liked the dinner roll included too. Ordered on the phone, picked up soon thereafter.

Just stopped by and got the brisket and rib combo with cole slaw and collard greens and I was very happy. The brisket was tender and juicy. The ribs were very well seasoned and tender. The sauces were a slam dunk. I loved the spicy bbq sauce and of course my favorite mustard based bbq sauce. The owner Jason definitely put his foot in all the food he cooks there. I will be back to try more next time I'm in this side!!!!

Honestly the food is good, but the service isn't and I don't see myself returning for this reason. Be careful ordering on the website, the prices aren't right and the descriptions of what's included are also incorrect.We ordered two meals with two sides, we did an online payment but when we went to pick up our food the owner told us we needed to pay more because the website didn't have updated prices....not cool. It also took them 15 minutes to figure this out while our food cooled down.Once we got home we also realized they didn't include the bread with either meals and we called to ask about it and the owner told me not to worry about it because it's "free"...Jay, if you read these, please do better. I would feel a lot differently if you handled the issue quickly, didn't charge us for your mistake, included the items listed in the meal description and didn't try blowing smoke up my bum when I called you out.
For the Joseph Christiansen review .. wow...I can't even believe that negativity. I am Sip next to this establishment...I know the ack story and PLEASE don't fall victim to this false accusation. I personally say the health inspector here within the month. We take PRIDE in how clean and sanitary that we both keep our properties. Shame on ANYONE that would degrade what we work so hard at to build our beautiful businesses.

Great food, great service, amazing at being helpful to tourists. Service was pretty quick as we waited for our meals. I got chicken dinner. Nice smoked flavor. I preferred the red sauce, which was some of the best I have tasted. He went the extra mile and gave us great recommendations of other places to try during our trip to St Pete. It is a walk up window. There is a picnic table in front, but no real seating. It was a great stop. Generous portions. I got two full meals off one dinner plate.

Don't let the small storefront drive you elsewhere. The down home flavors of this well done BBQ joint will please all your senses for a sensory overload. We devoured at 1/2 rack of ribs, like a fat kid would lick up a icecream on a hot summers day. This place is 20 plus on a 10 scale.

Disgusting!!! Roach infested. I went to pick up my food order and the side door was open to the restaurant and I could see more than 5 dead roaches on the floor. I brought it up to the owner about what I saw and explained I did not want my order after witnessing that. He told me all restaurants have them and gave me a hard time. I have been in the restaurant industry for many years and I agree you get bugs here and there but I’ve NEVER seen anything like that. I can’t believe the health inspector has not shut this place down.this place must be invested with so many roaches visible during the day. Do not get food from Grillin and Chillin on st Pete beach!
