Level 11 has AMAZING views, good drinks, and a freaking *killer* playlist that I want to get my hands on to duplicate at home (shoulda tagged everything). You'll also find a photographer who strolls the rooftop, but she was a little timid.What I don't understand is the gnat problem on the roof. This was the only drawback of an otherwise stellar evening.After the sunset colors faded, we moved to the sofas at the back half of the roof and sat much more comfortably. The tables set up along the perimeter are a little uncomfortable, but that's okay. You end up standing to take pictures once the sun goes down and the colors come out.We took advantage of the Freebee to take us to/from Pass-A-Grille, so no issues with parking.Also really cute to have witnessed an older couple getting married!

I had an amazing experience at Level 11: The sunset was breathtaking, creating a picturesque backdrop for a perfect evening. The happy hour was delightful, offering a great selection of drinks that were truly awesome. The food was equally impressive, with delicious flavors that left me wanting more. The vibes were fantastic, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, enhanced by great music that added to the overall experience. I highly recommend level 11 for anyone looking for a fantastic sunset, delicious food, and a wonderful time with friends or loved ones.

We have gone to spinners rooftops several times, bringing friends and family from out of town when they've came to visit. The food has gotten consistently worse. Tonight there was food on the menu tablecloth was stained. Food was cold. We will not be going back again. 
We had our waitress Kami for the second time. The two times we've come the food was spectacular and the ambiance was wonderful. My boyfriend and I absolutely love Kami because she always know the best way to take care of us she was absolutely so good. Definitely would recommend for the staff and the food! Definitely coming back for my boyfriends 21st birthday!

We paid for the view!!!!! Waitress was very friendly and attentive. $40.00 Chicken was dry, $72.00 steak was over cooked however tender. The crab cakes had 4 pieces of crab shell. The desserts were delicious! Again we paid for the view which was beautiful overlooking the beach and the bay as the dining room revolved.
We had a wonderful dinner with a party of 8. I almost canceled after reading some of the reviews, and I'm so glad I did not cancel. Our waitress was Kelsey, and she was great and very attentive to our wants and needs. Everyone enjoyed their delicious food. It is definitely a little pricey. The view is unmatched in the area. We were well pleased with the entire night and will be back!

Meal was solidly good. Butternut squash app exceptional. Service good, but boardering on pushy. Views are spectacular - that's the reason to go here. While views are great, the waiting area is sort of on top of dining and not at all intimate (dining) in setting. Prices inflated. Menu a bit limited.
Menu disappointing. Few fish choices, just everyday salmon plus a pricey snapper special. Wife ordered lobster macandcheese, but too peppery for her, had to give her my cioppino dinner. Our other guest had scallops which were good. Able to switch the menu creamed corn to mashed potatoes with the scallops. 3rd March visit year in a row. Not sure about next year. $60 for fish entree too much.
This place has an excellent vibe and the absolute BEST rooftop view on St. Pete Beach, especially during sunset. I definitely recommend the Key Lime Pie Martini. It tastes just like a key lime pie. Our server, Cole, was amazing!

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to follow through on our reservation. But I'm glad we opted to go anyway. Jared, our waiter, was PHENOMENAL! He offered suggestions and checked on us regularly, The food was excellent, but very overpriced. You are paying for the ambiance and scenery. Both of our filet mignons were cooked to perfection, as were the potatoes and asparagus. Both the orange cake and the chocolate cake were also very good. But the prices, really need to come down...a LOT.
