“We stayed at The Don Cesar and had dinner here on a Saturday night around 8pm. We were so impressed that we returned for dinner a few nights later. Both times we had an exceptional dining experience. Also both times we had a crescent shaped booth along the wall, which is worth requesting. This is superb fine dining. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere and is perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Our sever Sarai was a true professional (we specifically requested her for our second dinner). Super attentive (water glasses refilled without asking) and very accommodating to make sure there were no food allergy issues. All the food we ordered was fresh, nicely presented, expertly prepared and delicious. Salad, appetizer, entree, and dessert were perfectly spaced, and we were never rushed. Just a wonderful dining experience. This is an expensive fine dining restaurant, but definitely worth it for the elegant ambience, amazing food and terrific service. We will definitely return the next time we are on vacation.Photos from left to right:Interior, blackberry almond baked Alaska (vegan, no ice cream), poached lobster, filet mignon, Sancerre, pear salad, lemon tart, shrimp appetizer, Chilean sea bass“
“I loved every part of this museum and to make the experience even more enjoyable, A simple ice coffee at the gala cafe really just compliments the beautiful patio and walk area for when you have made your way from the upstairs museum. We really wanted to “go all out” so for and extra $15 you can purchase “DALÍ ALIVE” tickets, this is apart of the museum that takes place in an 360 orb theatre! The amount of detail & eye candy in Dalí’s artwork is displayed for about 40mins!( I definitely recommend!!!) overall I loved reading and learning all about Salvador Dalí’s journey. I truly believe Dalí has changed the idea of art as a whole and has left me questioning what I want for my future and inspiration:) If your in tampa please do your brain a favor and stop by to absorb and explore the great Salvador Dalí museum!Dietary restrictions: Sugar-free and dairy free(almond milk) options!Parking: I believe it’s $5 to park or free I can’t remember ?Kid-friendliness: Yes! Plenty of fun items in gift shop and out door area for play, Dalís paintings and sculptures are definitely eye candy for kiddos!“
“So lucky to get a table last night after just rocking up. We loved this place. We had the whipped feta, mushroom risotto, and a cheese plate. Roland, our waiter, gave great service - wish we had someone like him in England. Highly recommended.“
“Stayed here for about a week and tried this place twice. Crab cakes were some of the best I ever had. Beer taps were out of order so had to have cans or bottles. Great service from the bartenders. Bring a jacket because it is windy up there. Would definitely go back.“
“This is our second restaurant on Beach Dr NE, after Parkshore Grill.Definitely will return: it’s better than Parkshore Grill next door.We came here before the opera Turandot. It has a sizable outdoor section that looks out to Tampa Bay, with sofas and regular tables. The indoor decor is tasteful, dominates by a big mural, which was done by artist Annette Gloomis (?). High ceiling, with three exposed fat pipes. Fresh flowers on the tables, handbag hooks under the tables.Allelo is short for Allelomimetic -> allelomimetic behavior.Stems, tableware and utensils are all really good: especially they use smaller spoons for desserts – thank you! We’ve 4 glasses 2021 red from three countries:Portuguese Touriga Nacional Herdade do Rocim: smooth, the best of the threeFrench Syrah Domaine Faillenc St Marie Corbières: okSpanish Garnacha Camino de Navaherrero Bernabeleva: too dryThe asparagus (sunflower, aleppo, pecorino butter) is yummy. The sauce is light and lively. Too bad we weren’t hungry after the big lunch at Terra Gaucha. We’re able, however, to squeeze in a piece of tiramisu – it’s to die for, with prominent dark rum taste; and I love the coarse texture – I don’t like my food being massaged too much. The cake is made in the house.I like the wall paper in their bathroom too -:)“
“I am always on the lookout for a delicious paella, and I can confidently say that this place serves the best paella I have ever tried in the St. Pete/Tampa area. Every bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The tapas we ordered were absolutely delightful! We savored each dish to the last bite and found them all to be incredibly tasty. Without a doubt, we will be returning to try other dishes on the menu. Highly recommended!“
“We tried the place after a friend recommended. The concept is cool. great wine selection and cool to try several tastes. Flights of wines by type, region, and type. (full body reds) Service was quick and cordial. We had some charcuterie and a sourdough pizza, and we got to meet the manager and the owner while walking around. Everything was great. We'll be back.“
