So disappointing. It was 8:40pm and when my family and I walked up to the doors, they were locked. The employees saw us and many people started lining up behind us waiting to get in. They closed 20 minutes early and were really rude by watching us all outside and waving us goodbye . Their sign also was lit up and said open. Very disappointed and many other upset potential customers as well.

Wow! You can see why this place has a '2 star' rating - they've earned it with some really deplorable customer service. We went in at 8 PM (drive thru is open till at least an hour later later) and ordered Hot Fudge Sundaes. The 'server' simply says 'The Fudge is not hot'. No 'sorry' or anything = 'The fudge is not hot'. My wife asks about the Carmel Sauce...'it's not hot either'. So she gets ice cream. I order a cup of ice cream and ask 'do you have any chopped pecans? - 'No'. Do you have any chopped nuts at all 'No'. This lady is really qualified to do anything BUT customer service!There are a lot of independent, small businesses that serve good ice cream and sweet treats along Gulf Blvd - go spend your money there! We won't be back here!

Paid $36 for the worst ice cream cake ever. No chocolate crunchies and no chocolate ice cream!! It had below average vanilla ice cream, terrible chocolate cake and some icing. That said, the employees have all been friendly and I’ve had no issues with service.

Can't believe this dirty, nasty place is still open.. Growing up Baskin Robbins was my favorite place to get ice cream, but since going to the location on St Pete Beach I have no desire to go to any of their stores ever again. Employees must be hiding behind the drive through window section because you can't find them anywhere else in the store. I'd give it minus stars if i could.

Walked in to see if they have lactose free options. Staff was nice and helpful. They offer a dairy free made with coconut milk. It was actually ok and I am not a fan of coconut milk.

Girl with 6" long nasty ? press on nails didn't even acknowledge customers as they walk in. Ice cream buckets were empty. She made absolutely no eye contact as she made a shake for herself and put it up in the back.? We were ready to buy 5 scoops of ice cream but walked out and ate fruit in the car instead. Healthier cheap option. ?♀️

I read the reviews. I live just right down the street. I've gone there 3 times.. there is never rarely ever anyone at the drive-through .. absolutely the worst service that I have experienced.. Why even open the doors

Sign and website says closes at 10 pm. It's 9:30, open sign was on and all the doors were locked. One lady was counting change at the register while wearing headphones and the other was mopping. I know they saw us pull in, walk up and pull on both sets of doors, but they didn't even acknowledge us. The previous evening we walked by and there was not a sole in the shop even though the open sign was on and the other three ice cream shops on the road had people lined up out their doors and into the parking lots. It's hard to do business when the doors are locked.

Went to get ice cream and coffee and not a soul inside working. The place was deserted and the 2 or 3 employees were sitting outside smoking. Middle of the day on a Saturday nobody wants to work

Hilarious as I read the comments that they are all of the same nature. Sunday at 845pm, we went over to get ice cream. Open sign lit up, TV on inside, lights on, but it was totally locked up with 4 ppl sitting outside who interestingly enough told me the woman working had to leave early. Ya, sure. This location should be looking at a re-org for sure. Hire ppl who actually have a work ethic.I took my family and business elsewhere.

We walked into the store, and there were no workers there. We stood waiting for about 15 minutes, about 7 more people came in during this time. Still no workers. Finally, a worker appeared but they seemed very annoyed that we were there and were very rude. The ice cream was really good though. Highly recommend the mango flavor!
