Great Chinese food and a huge menu! We had the orange chicken and wonton soup and it was yummy!

I'm puzzled by the negative reviews because my experience at this place was quite the opposite! Undoubtedly one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants I've come across in Florida. The tea was exceptional - warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the meal. The Hong Kong style wonton soup was a standout dish, boasting a remarkable broth that was both flavorful and comforting. We also indulged in the scallops with eggplant, and they exceeded all expectations. The scallops were impeccably fresh, and the sauce was nothing short of decadent, elevating the dish to new heights. Our server went above and beyond, generously providing us with extra rice to savor every last drop of the amazing sauce that accompanied the scallops and eggplant. To top it off, the charsiu appetizer was a true delight, leaving us craving for more. Overall, I found my dining experience here to be quite satisfying, and I will be returning in the future.

Chinese New Year feast!! 10 dishes fed 12 people comfortably. One of our family favorites for authentic Chinese food. Portions are generous and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for family style good Chinese food- fresh fish/lobsters in fish tanks and all! Loved that this year everyone got a red envelope with a treat inside to celebrate!

2 stars out of 5. Still on the search for great, authentic Chinese food. We tried ABC Seafood (66th st) and it was very disappointing. The Crab Rangoons had had no Krab in them. The Seafoid Fried Rice was more like steamed white rice, very bland and tasteless. And, my Seafood Chow Fun had very little seafood in it, only 1 piece of squid. The real disappointment was the Salt & Pepper Calamari which had a stale texture as though it was cooked hours ago. These squid have fantastic reviews and they sucked! The green tea was the best part, loose leaf tea, nice and hot. The service was great, very friendly and attentive.

The was horrible experience. I went to ABC a year ago that was great . But this time the food was horrible. I think because too busy at Christmas Eve. I wouldn't go back again.

Amazing food! Had a wonderful meal with my family for Christmas Eve. The Tom Yum soup was just the right amount of spice and perfectly cooked shrimp. The mixed veggies were delicious and the tofu was deliciously marinated!

I'm so happy ABC Seafood survived to reopen in Kenneth City. Having spent 15 years in San Francisco, I've been spoiled when it comes to Chinese, and ABC always hits the spot here in Pinellas. I usually order the clay pots, but really, most things are good here.

Still the best Chinese restaurant in St. Petersburg. The new location feels larger and has better parking. The cuisine and service is still the best. Very fresh seafood!!!

Great sit down Chinese restaurant within the outskirts of uptown St Pete. The menu used to be extensive, but even with menu changes, everything still continues to be delicious. Honey Walnut Shrimp, Kung Pao Chicken, Ma Pao Tofu, etc so delicious! Want a good freshly made, comforting Chinese food meal instead of a fast food one, try this place. Simplicity marries straightforward good.

Finally! A really good Chinese restaurant somewhat close to St Petersburg. ABC used to be on 54th Ave but the new location on 66th St N is spacious and comfortable. Great food, friendly staff and family friendly!

Prices have gone up shortly after the move. You knew it was coming. Still disappointing. Now fried rice is $15+. Used to be $12-$12.50.

I ordered via delivery so can't speak to the interior or waitstaff..but I can tell you the duck was delicious! The buns were soft and fluffy..toppings were fresh. I'm a huge duck fan so I try it everywhere and this was done right. Definitely going in to check it out next time!!

Ask a local St. Petersburg resident who transplanted from New England, and you’re liable to hear about the severe shortage of good Chinese restaurants. Not any more! ABC Seafood has been discovered by Cherry Wonderdog, and it’s one of the best in ANY location. Three of us ate here on a Friday night and ran into a troupe from New Jersey who shared Cherry Wonderdog’s sentiments about ABC Seafood being several notches above the pack. Our food was delicious, interesting, and generous. Prices were more than reasonable – we ate a full meal AND threw in an additional dish out of sheer gluttony for $51. Both the $4.99 egg drop and Seafood hot and sour soup came in portions for 2+ people. The only ding I would levy against them is the presence of green peas; not my style, but I welcome the chef’s experimental prowess. We ordered an oversized vegetable lo-mein, and while I don’t believe the few extra noodles and veggies were worth the 50% up-charge, the base price was sufficiently low not to make it a lasting issue. Meanwhile, the braised tofu with vegetables showcased some of the most interesting and tasty tofu I’ve ever had. We topped off our meal with sizzling chicken, something that caught our eye from the neighboring table. It was an outstanding mixture of tender chicken slices, wild mushrooms, and green vegetables in a scrumptious black pepper sauce. The staff at ABC Seafood was wonderfully pleasant and attentive. They treated us warmly, served us promptly (but not rushed), and made us feel welcome. There were so many other things on the menu that I was tempted to try – many demonstrative of a more authentic array of choices that would only be found in an area frequented by those not expecting Americanized Chinese food. If we hadn’t already made plans the next day elsewhere, I would have welcome the opportunity to return to ABC Seafood before heading back home after my weekend stay. All in all, Cherry Wonderdog bestows two paws “way up” for ABC Seafood. It’s an excellent Chinese restaurant that has now made the short-list for future visits.

坦帕湾最好的中餐。正宗美味 Tǎn pà wān zuì hǎo de zhōngcān. Zhèngzōng měiwèi Best Chinese food in Tampa Bay. Authentic and Delicious Honestly, we only seek the best Chinese food and restaurants wherever we go. In Tampa Bay, ABC Seafood has always been authentic and delicious. We are from Guangzhou/ Hong Kong where Cantonese cooking is held in the highest regard and ABC does it right. Stan, the owner has consistently been an amazing chef and owner and we have always patronized his restaurants in Tampa and Pinellas. The photos below are amongst our favorite dishes but there are so many more. The pompano fish is steamed with ginger and scallions and they offer it for $20 which is a steal. That is about half what other restaurants charge for a fish like that. The "tao miu" is the snowpea tips greens that is the part of the snow pea plant that grows like a stem and flower. It is a delicacy of green vegetables in Cantonese cooking. Go there and eat if you can from 4:30pm and on-closed on Tuesdays. The service is actually really good but don't let their curtness scare you because that is traditional Chinese style service in "down home" restaurants. They are great people and speak many languages and if you speak Spanish, there are also Hispanic staff there that are also tremendous! This is the REAL deal and when I am there, I always recommend dishes to guests there and I always say, "Order this, this, and that, and if you don't like it, I will pay for it. I promise!" I can't give a better testimonial.
