Auntie Anne's at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a great place to get a delicious pretzel and snack when you are hungry and need to make that stop. I really like the smell and taste of everything here and it is well worth a visit. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

We waited is line for 15-20 minutes. When got to the cashier ( African American woman with no name tag), we request a plain pretzel and three with salt, the woman refused to serve us any pretzel. Told us there was no more, when there was clearly pretzel available in the heating tray. The couple in front of us requested freshly made pretzel and she offered to make them no problem. So, I requested if she could make us freshly made pretzel and she said no. Not sure what the problem was, but I will definitely not go there anymore.

What a poor and pathetic experience I was met with as I attempted to patronize my now formally favorite snack joint. The customer service was absolutley horrible. The lack of service to me screams a lack of leadership and accountability. How in the world could a place that is suppose to represent refreshment and reprieve from the hustle and bustle of shopping be everything but refreshing? Favorite pretzels hands down. I always need one of these when I'm at the mall! They have a few different flavors with a variety of dipping sauces. They also have pretzel dogs. Their strawberry lemonade is the best!!

Just love to eat at Aunt Annie's pretzels got to have the cream cheese though LOL! The staff is always so friendly at both kiosk one on each end of the mall. I just wish they would have more seating in the area to set. Would be so super cool if they could make some stand-alone ones beside in the mall. Do you want something good to eat while you're at the mall make sure you stop and get a pretzel with cream cheese or the cinnamon Ones hot dog ones are so cute too

I was on my lunch break from work went to Auntie Anne's down by JC penny's the lady at the counter on 7-17-19 at 1130am asked me what I'd like to have I told her a number 2 she pulled out the pretzels from the glass that were already made set them on the counter asked me what I'm having to drink I told her a lemonade she made the drink went to ring me up and I went to hand her my debit card she then decides to tell me the credit card machines were down asked if I had cash instead, I told her no. She then put the same pretzels back in the warmer and poured the lemonade out. I feel like she should of told me before touching the food and making the drink she wasted the drink and put the food she already touched and had sitting out back in the warmer and was not very friendly at all :/
