Long-time customer, something has changed….. Carried our own insulated drink cups in tonight and we’re going to order drinks, food, play pool like always and we’re told that we had to dump our cups out. We have always carried our own cups in, and never had to deal with this. I even ordered two beverages shortly after walking in the door, but was told that did not get it. New waitress, not sure what the issue was. But the bartender told us that it was because of bacterial issues and federal law issues. And she stated the customer sitting at the bar was a lawyer and he backed her up. Absolute BS. It was 830 on a Friday night, and the bar was empty. I guess things have changed. It’s unfortunate, but when businesses are like this, it’s not good to go back again.

Over the years the place has gone down hill, service has always been bad. Every time I talk friends into going they alll say it sucks and I still try well I’m done. Hopefully the new ownership will get rid of the long time crappy servers and get with Dtsp!

We go to SBAG a couple of times a month, and have wings, salads (simple but always fresh), and other tidbits. It's not a gourmet restaurant but we enjoy the "locals" place.

I came in and ordered a to-go order of 20 wings, extra crispy with light sauce. I also ordered a sports salad with extra ranch which is basically a chef salad. The server did not write down the order. A short time later she brought me my order all bagged up. The order was wrong in a couple of ways 1). The wings were extra crispy but had absolutely no sauce. 2) The salad was lettuce and shredded cheese…nothing else. 3). We had a total of 4 small dressings. I paid extra for 2. Does only one come with 20 wings and only one with a large salad? I double-checked my receipt and found I was only charged for a large dinner salad ($7.99) instead of the sports/chef salad with meat at $9.99. Okay, still her mistake but whatever. It was expensive lettuce and cheese. However, the family wouldn’t settle for plain wings, so I drove back with wings and dressings. I think the woman who originally took my order was the manager/lead and I know she saw me come in with my bag and sit in the same spot at the bar. She didn’t look my way or come over even when I raised my hand to get her attention. After several minutes I waived over a server. This took so long that the couple sitting next to me were chuckling about it wondering what I had in my bag that the servers didn’t want anything to do with. I asked for sauce on my wings and asked if for dressings considering I paid for two was accurate. She said she’d get me another dressing and asked if it was OK if they just rolled the chicken wings in sauce or did I need them to cook another 20? Fine, roll them in the sauce they were still hot anyway. The second time around everything turned out great! My problem here is that one, this was avoidable if the server had just written down the order. Two, I really can’t believe I didn’t receive an apology or even an offer of giving me back half the price of the wings or an extra 10 wings or something to make up for the fact that I drove all the way home and had to come all the way back for a mistake they had made. The bar is not cheap for the area charging $4.25 for a domestic bottle of beer and well over a dollar a wing (20 wings for $26.99) coupling that with employees that don’t seem to care, I really do not recommend this restaurant.

We decided Bay Pines for lunch to have wings ....we had drinks first and I had wings ...hubby had Montreal Steak tips with fries & garlic bread ...we enjoyed our meal there ....everything was fine and yes we will go back again and very soon ....

Embarrassed, disappointed, no satisfaction. August 25 , I had 8 people in my home for a family and friends get together.I ordered 50 wings from the Sportsbar at Bay Pines blvd. On the way to pick up the wings ,I told my best friend how great the wings were ,best in town. The cook must have had a bad day .We all tried the Wings and they were so overcooked, they were unchewable , absolutely uneatable. I put the remainder of the wings in the refrigerator.Next morning I took them back to the Sportsbar. The cook remembered my order and after looking at the wings he said the reason they were so tough was that I put them in the refrigerator. The bartender said there was a shortage of chicken wings which has nothing to do with mine being overcooked.So I’m out 65.99 for the worst wings ever. I’m 73 and never have I taken food back.I doubt that they will be in business long if they treat their customers this way.

Much cleaner than it used to be..looks good now. No more UFC. More of a family place. Food is average. Local people there. Trivia is fun. Corn hole. Wings were good.

A sports bar with a primarily local clientele but a friendly atmosphere to visitors among customers and staff. Full bar, a good selection of craft beers and a wide variety of menu options, mostly of the "pub grub" type. Along with TVs to watch sports there are pool tables, darts, pinball and Buzztime trivia.

The rudeness and unfriendly staff is not worth enduring for the food. There are plenty of other places that have better food and friendly staff. I will not be back!
Staff friendly fast service & great food and drink, my first time here after hearing about it from a co worker. Like that it is a sports bar & Grill have a large menu for a bar & grill. Great selections and prices are more than fair, I had the wings on my first trip here and they were the best I ever have had. The fries were also great food was hot and did not take long to get my order

Nice clean local spot. Went a few times cause it's one of the few dive bars where they don't allow smoking... or so we thought. Last time we were there and they were allowing smoking inside.

Grrreat food & friendly atmosphere! They got a 4 because there isn't any live music or entertainment. I think it's mainly a family type atmosphere.They do have darts & a pool table.
