Decided to give this place a try, not here in a couple years. Will not ever be back. Food was horrible bartender could not find Well, so she gave us Tito’s and charged $7.00 for one drink without letting us know. The gentleman and ordered a Chile cheese dog, came in the 7-Eleven container not in the basket not on a plate in a box. The plates we were given were happy birthday plates.

Place is basically shut down at lunch. Used to be a cool spot but now just looks cheap and run down. First ordered a corn dog that came out black and crispy sent that back then second one came out cold. Asked for a refund and the “manager” had to make a phone call. Just left them with the $3.50 not worth the hassle. But will absolutely never be back. Cannot believe the lack of customer service. Enable your manager to do the right thing and maybe salvage a customer instead of losing one for life!

bar and music was good . i decided to order a world famous biff burger. instead i got a tiny hamburger lathered in bbq sauce. no onions no lettuce no cheese. and the burger came in a plastic bag . tastes like the burgers you get at a school cafeteria and not something to brag about being world famous

We wanted to get out and check out bike night as listed on the website but instead we were greeted with a band of "musicians" practicing for about an hour...that is when they weren't taking a break to CLIP THEIR NAILS AT THE TABLE BESIDE US. The server was kind enough but she was the only server in the entire place so it was a little inconvenient, yet there were only three bar seats and 3 other tables in the entire place that had customers. Not sure why our burger meat and chili on our tots were literally ice cold but that was the last straw for us since it wasn't even busy and we only ordered two burgers and one order of chili cheese tots. From keeping up with the website to attending to the business, this place needs a ton of attention. Sad to say that we will not be visiting again under this management. "Pandemic" or not, this was unacceptable.

This place is terrible. Me, my husband and two kids went to see the football game and have lunch. It was only one table there when we came. The waitress, I think her name was Mary, took our order. People kept coming. In hour and a half we still did not get our food. My Kids were hungry. There were 14 tables and only one waitress. I went to the kitchen to check our order. The cook told me that she does not have our order. The waitress entered the order and they cooked it on the fly. It was the most terrible BBQ ribs that I ever had. DO NOT eat there.

I just turned 72. I was going to Biff Burger when they were down on South 34th street When I was 11 years old And I've always enjoyed it. I understand that covid 19 has screwed all of the work schedules up but what I don't understand is how management could let the appearance of the property get to the nasty look it has now. The clerk at the drive-through had to make change from her own wallet so we could pay for our food. Everything around the drive-through window was dirty and dusty and unwelcoming this is not the Burger King I remember. The food was as usual good. Please clean up the property ,wash the building And the little paint wouldn't hurt. These are suggestions that covid 19 does not affect.

I arrived with a friend for dinner, I placed the order for 2 deluxe burgers and asked what sides they came with. I was told that the platter could be added that included 2 sides. I ordered fries and beans for both. When the burgers came there was only one set of sides, the other sides came after I don't with the burgers. I was charged more for the second burgers sides. To make matters worse, my friend ordered a drink which he never got, but you know it came in the bill. I would have blown out off but it seemed like all the customers had some kind of problem when the bill came. I sadly don't think I'll be bringing friend here in the future.

I've been to this restaurant quite a few times and each time I am disappointed. The food order is ALWAYS wrong. Owner is rude. Took us 30 minutes to get our beverages and then the owner came over and we told him we were missing some beverages, he then pointed to the waters on the table and said "well then what are those?". I have never in my life been this turned off by any restaurant. Sad that it can't be run better because it's been a part of this city for a long time. We won't be coming back.
We had heard a lot of good things..... we should have looked at Yelp before coming though. Food was all cold, my burger ordered medium was well done and burnt, my husband ordered a burger and chili dog and never got the dog. Bartender said it wasn't quite ready yet even though we waited 30 minutes for our burgers to come out???? Ketchup bottle on the bar had a hair on it. We had to get our own silverware for the beans (which were actually pretty good). Service was awful (we have both worked as bartenders and understand what it takes). Bad food, bad service (which is an understatement as she couldn't even talk or walk straight). Many really good places around our area with much better burgers, food and service.

We used to frequent this place but after this morning’s experience, I will NEVER EVER spend another dollar here. I was on my usual morning walk with my mother and dog crossing the Biff’s Burger parking lot when an SUV started following us. The man rolled down his window and yelled “You can’t be on my property with your dog!” Huh? I was genuinely confused and thought he has joking but he continued “You people walk your dogs on my property and don’t clean up after they go to the bathroom!!!”. First of all, do not blame me for the irresponsible actions of other pet owners and secondly, there is a way to convey your message without attacking people who are just CROSSING the parking lot. I asked for his name and he hesitated and stubbled before saying he was the owner “John Sharp”, which I assume is probably an alias. If I unjustly yelled at someone and their mother, I would be embarrassed too. He was a heavy-set middle-aged man with black/brown hair in a light-colored SUV. Owner or not, this is NOT how to treat people in your community. I would have gladly had a decent conversation with him and continued to patron this restaurant but after that exchange, I (and everyone I know) will never go back there. It’s sad to see that a St Pete staple is on the decline, and with a dwindling clientele you would think they would nurture ties with the community but instead, he soured our view of Biff’s Burgers forever. I should have known something was up when the parking lot was empty on a Saturday around noon. I should have turned around. We were the only people in the whole place, yet the service was still brutally slow. I was with two other people, and we each ordered off of the menu posted on the large tv’s, only to each be told what we ordered was no longer available. We instead ordered something else, but we really should have just left then and there. It was a sign. It was a warning we did not heed.The woman at the counter (didn’t get/see a name) was incredibly slow, unprofessional, and unsanitary. She was handling several different kinds of food at the same time bare handed, touching her face, grabbing doors, etc. without washing. Our three burgers took almost an eternity to be “ready”. As for the food itself, that is another story.I ordered a burger and tots, simple enough. Though I had to wait for a minute or so for all the grease to drip out of my burger and onto the cheap paper plate. The burger was mushy, bland, and tasteless. The seemingly store bought buns were perfect bookends to this woefully depressing sandwich. The tater tots were nothing special, and tasted frozen. My friends both found their food to be awful as well.Moral of the story, don’t go here. I implore you. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.

SO LETS START WITH THE SERVICE IS TRASH!!! I had no choice but to leave a damn star. We got there at at 5:30 waited how long to order drinks and didn't get them until 20 mins later ( give or take ) then our so called waitress her name is was Mary she is the worst I mean the worst waitress I have ever came across this lady is nasty. I watched her wipe the sweat from her face with no damn napkin she used her hand like omg I forgot to mention when she brought our drinks there was literally like muddy like water dripping from the sides of our cups like what is this mess and who does that. So now on to the food part so before our drinks even got brought out to us this other lady came to our table to help out umm she was a customer (lord) well I gave her an order for nachos right didn't get those at all let's just say !!!! It was about 6:00 Mary (the waitress) right she comes over to take a order right.. well again I had to order nachos cause they NEVER GOT PUT IN ..SMH... so I told her don't worry about it cause I saw her wiping her sweat with her hand and touching stuff ETC. so the rest of my friends order so now fast forward the food didn't come out until over an hour later now I will say this Mary (the waitress )right she said it won't take long cause there are no other orders in.. But we get the god out over an hour later she brings three burgers out and a cold basket of onion rings to my friend. Says I couldn't bring everything out I'm getting your food didn't not come back takes care of other people my friend ask where is my food this lady tells my friend it's on the grill WTF you just told her that your hands are full I have to grab your food what kind of mess is this. So I'm heated at this point of course my a** didn't eat a damn thing there my husband hardly touch the burger said it is not worth it. Save yourself some time go to Burger King if u want a burger or damn chills lol he'll anywhere but here I'm just saying don't stop keep going.. cause Mary will also charge like three corn dogs to your bill and put 5 drinks on your bill to like she did ours I'm like umm yea hell no..
