Went to the tyrone st petersburg location on 03/05/2024 apprx 9 pm. One of the guests in our party ordered 15 wings 5 parmesan garlic 5 honey bbq and 5 teriyaki. These are all mild flavors. The first bite was horrific. The wing was extremely HOT. Our friend became speechless. They drank all of their drink but was still on fire. Our server was extremely kind and understanding. She brought them a serving of milk which helped. Abt ten minutes later, our friend went to the bathroom and started vomiting and was sick the rest of the evening. The one FLAMING HOT wing was placed within a meal of mild wings. It is my opinion this was purposeful. Our evening out was ruined and we not be back. I don't know what the evil cooks in the kitchen were thinking. Intentionally Physically hurting someone is wrong. FYI he is a lawyer. My advise Don't Trust This Place To Serve You Food.

Service was fine. Food was mediocre at best. The thing that made me review 1 star is the way that the POS system handles gift cards. It does not allow the gift card to simply be swiped, it requires that the entire 16 digit card number and 8 digit pin be punched in manually on the payment keypad.
Good food. Order was prompt and correct. Hostess was friendly. The atomic boneless did not disappoint.

???I ordered a cheeseburger only lettuce mayonnaise they got it wrong so they did it and guess what it came out wrong again, and now they want me to pay for another I guess it's rocket science to make a cheeseburger do not eat here it's garbage ?

Used to have a lot of problems here but lately, everything has been great. Love the orange wings and potato wedges. Only complaint is that they took away extra crispy option online so now I have to call everytime to order. They're not good unless you get them extra crispy which is really the regular way they should be.
The kids' meals were served with less chicken than they had 2 weeks prior, We ordered a chips and queso and salsa for appetizers and was only served the queso without the chips because our server "thought we just wanted queso" (really?), then the salsa we ordered was brought out later and the server told us to "Be careful. It's really hot." It had steam coming off of it and we were wondering why they would serve piping hot salsa. It turned out to be marinara. The salsa they brought out afterwards tasted like stewed tomatoes we ordered bleu cheese dressing and were served ranch but by that point we were just over it. Having to repeatedly ask for things to be corrected was annoying. Our server was absolutely clueless. She still got a 24% tip because I'm not an @$$hole. But I don't know if I'll be going back to that location anytime soon.
