We found out waiter “lost” our order after we were waiting for almost 2 hours. Manager was very nice and gave us a discount for the wait. When we finally got our food it was not what we ordered, and they charged us for it anyway. Pizza tastes like a frozen pizza actually. Waiter stands over you while you fill out the tip because they are “paperless”. Left way more than I wanted to and that is my fault for feeling awkward. Will never be back and recommend you go somewhere else too.

Stopped in and had a wonderful evening. I would suggest reservations as it is a very busy area. Our waiter, Eric was great, that being said, he did seem to have a lot going on. Most of the food was perfect. I would say that everything about the Snapper was excellent, except the snapper itself. All in all, I would go again.

I hosted a surprise birthday party at Cassis in their private party room and everything was perfect. I worked with Ann on the details and she was so attentive and answered all my questions and gave me her cell phone number so I could ask any last minute questions. Loved working with her. I had a specific request on how I wanted the tables set up for conversation purposes and I usually get push back from other restaurants/venues when I ask for the tables to be set up differently than the normal way they do it and Cassis accommodated with no problem and it was a perfect night with great service! Cassis is always a go-to for their food, service and ambience.

We rented Cassis for my bachelorette party dinner on a Saturday in April in St. Pete and were NOT disappointed. Admittedly, our group was a little loud, but the staff handled us with care and kindness and so much fun! Ann was our banquet manager and she was incredibly helpful, easy to get ahold of, and very flexible. We had our own private space with formal seating, and personalized menus which were so cute! The food was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. We had a wonderful time.
This is a restaurant in prime real estate, which we’ve walked past numerous times, so I was curious to try it. Unfortunately, it was, all around, a disappointment. First of all, the prices are too higher for a restaurant with a sub par experience and mediocre food. My fries were served cold and stale. The chicken was of low quality, tough, with a lot of long fibers. The alcoholic drinks were just average, on par with an Applebees, or other chains, the watermelon drink tasted like flavored chap stick. The outside seating was at tiny tables with very little room to contain drinks, appetizers, the main course. The table and chairs were all on a slope, meaning you’re sitting at an angle the whole time, which caused my back to start hurting.

The event we had at Cassis was perfect. Ann did an amazing job setting up the tables/seating for the dinner. She made sure everything was running smoothly. The waiters for the event were top notch. The food was delicious. The guests at our event were impressed with the food, service and ambience. It was a perfect evening.I would highly recommend Cassis.

Hostess sat us at a dirty table and you could tell she realized it. Cinnimon roll was sent out with a doily underneath which was so stuck to the roll we could not eat it and sent it back. The wrong quiche came out. I ate it anyway and it was good. The smoked salmon platter was just not all that impressive but it was good. For the sky high prices, it should have been a tiptop experience.

Cassis has some of the most delicious food, drinks, atmosphere and customer service. I came in with a book, alone, and I have to say, the service by the server and whom I think is the owner was beyond nice and was an experience I will never forget, I would like to thank them so much for their kindness. Their dessert is top tier and would highly recommend their chocolate flourless cake.
