We LOVE Chiang Mai! We have been coming here for over a decade and have tried out many of the Thai places in town - we always crave Chiang Mai. The staff always remembers us even if it's been a while (like 6 months we lived in NC). They have incredible prices for the quality of food. If you are looking for amazing Thai food definitely check them out. It's not fancy inside (but it is comfortable) but it makes up for it with the food as it is always so flavorful and delicious! Thank you ladies for making over a decade of amazing meals for us! We love you!

Chang Mai is my favorite Thai restaurant in St Pete. They have a huge menu and everything is so good! My favorites are the Lad Na, Spicy Basil, Garlic & Pepper and Spicy Noodles. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did :)

Short but sweet review: the BEST Thai food with the best staff! We have been patrons here since they opened (and even before that with King and I) and have yet to find the same flavors they have here anywhere across the country and we are avid travelers. We LOVE this restaurant and truly find it to be 5 stars across the board!

This is an old school St. Pete restaurant that reminds me of the Thai places I grew up with. Food tastes great and prices are low. I miss having places like this where you can get a great dinner for around $10. Dinner doesn't always need to be a modern, hip adventure with $16 entrees and $8 side of edamame. Love you guys!

This is a great little restaurant with very tasty food. On top of it all, the prices are good too. I recommend giving it a try. I especially like the green curry.
I don't know why this restaurant exists on a street where there are so many much better places to eat. Food was so bland, and I think they lost our order because it took so long to get it. Other tables came in later and got their food sooner. It didn't really matter because the food was not worth the wait. I see no reason to ever go back.

I was so excited to try this place as it looked like it would be an authentic Thai restaurant. My favorite dish is Khao Soi and I asked the waitress upon entering if they had it and she rudely answered, “No we don’t.” It’s ok, I was still excited to try the another dish. She took a while to come back and take our order. I will say, the food was pretty good. However another waitress came and placed the check in front of us and I asked if they had dessert and she abruptly said no. I was confused as I reached over and looked at their menu and saw desserts. Maybe it was because it was almost 10 pm. When we got charged she conveniently charged us almost $4 more... each. For plates that said $8.95 on the menu we got charged $12.80. We said something and she rudely told us to go talk to original waitress who gave us a refund. We didn’t even say thank you. I’m never coming back based on this service. What a shame.

I have been to this place a couple of times and I enjoyed each experience up until today. I decided to have a quick lunch date with my boyfriend and from the time we walked in they were rude to us. I tried to ignore it bc I really like the food but the customer service was trash. They took forever to take our order and didn't give us a chance to order our drinks before they darted off. I had to go to the counter and let them know we wanted something to drink. I tried to order an appetizer and they said they not making any today. My boyfriend took one bite out of his food ( beef pad Thai) and it was nasty. I had the chicken pad Thai and my food was fine. I tried to get the waitress attention to let her know but I was ignored. I had to wait until another waitress walked by. We tried to inform the waitress about how the food taste and she told us it's nothing she can do bc he had a bite of the food and he know what he ordered. Then she continued to go back and fourth with him about how he should of knew what he wanted. This was my boyfriend first experience with Thai Food so he didn't know what to get. They ended up taking his meal off and telling us not to come back.
