I always enjoy their breakfast!!! I go at least 2 days a week. The lines are really outrageous, and that stops me from going more often, but you can't hate when they are making their money!!! See, when you honor God, he blesses you 10 fold$$$$$

normally i never have a problem but today was horrible i watched 4 employees pick my bag up read the name and put it back down. it clearly says it’s done in the system but nobody was nice enough to call it out even after i waited 10 mins after the notification came in saying it was done. not to mention they were just filling drinks up with no ice cause no one wanted to refill the well of ice ? ridiculous

I had a gift card that was for the 4th street location, given to me by a friend. And asked for a complimentary chicken sandwich meal, and for them to please add cheese on the chicken sandwich and a milkshake, and didn't mind paying for the difference. They were not able to process the gift card, and said it was already used, to which I disagreed but didn't want to argue with them... I paid for my complete meal and they still forgot the cheese on my sandwich to which I paid for, and drove 15 minutes out if my way for nothing, I was very disappointed...
I sat at the drive-through for 5 minutes, hearing conversation but unable to get anyone’s attention. Had to call the store and ask if someone could come to the speaker so I could order. Heard the girl apologizing to the person behind me in line when I basically got a move along from her. As much as I enjoy Chick-fil-A, I’m not an employee and shouldn’t be having to call the store to get service at their drive-through.
