Less than average Chinese food. Not very flavorful. The level of spice was GREAT. Chicken was obviously very OLD. (Generals chicken hard/tough/rubbery/dry. Not so good.

I called 3 other places before calling here because I was specifically looking for vegetable EGGROLLS, not spring rolls. I clarified on the phone and the girl said yes that they had them so I continued with my order. When I arrived, they were vegetable spring rolls and when I told her this isn’t what I asked for and that I specifically asked on the phone, she decided to argue. I then told her I would place a negative review, which then she insisted on refunding and I agreed. However, while in the process she continued to run her mouth as if I didn’t specify on the phone so I told her to skip the refund, I’ll take the food I didn’t ask for and will leave a negative review. She then again changed her tone but I was fed up and left. Paid for the food I did not actually want and here is the review for the half cooked spring rolls and terrible customer service.

Ordered Szechuan shrimp and got Szechuan chicken. Was super oily and kind of bland. The staff were nice but frustrating to get an order wrong, I repeated myself a couple of times. I was in a hurry and left without checking my food. Guess I should have…?

Sesame chicken way overcooked, could hardly eat it. House rice and chop suey just OK. Egg rolls, couldn't taste what's inside. Basically all tasteless, and getting home with no soy sauce or egg roll sauce was the kicker. Throwing out the sesame chicken and now I guess ineed soy sauce and sweet/sour or something to revive this dead food. And whatever happened to the egg in the fried rice? Stay away, should have spent my 30+$ elsewhere.

The lady that works at the front is so incredibly RUDE! I respect local businesses and understand you wanting things your way but I mean how do you get reoccurring customers when they talk to people so terribly.I ordered food off of the website as I've done multiple times before. My boyfriend went to go pick up the food and was told that "she has no idea what he was talking about" he has a confirmation code as well. Once he tired to re order the food, she dismissed him entirely and told him to step aside for the people behind him.On the two occasions I've had to deal with this lady she's just been rude, not sure if she's an owner and that's why she acts like that but I will definitely be trying the China crossing on Roosevelt from now own.

Love this place. Walking distance from my house. However....there is one employee who isn't so nice but if she's not there it's awesome. That will not stop me from going here! Food is great and reminds me of New York
