IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD I Definitely don't order it your wanting food anytime soon. 25-45 minutes turns into over and hour and a half and counting, when I called and spoke to someone they said the driver had come back to get my order and others and had no idea where they were. After the food was finally delivered it wasn't even correct and I had to drive to them, which defeated the whole purpose of getting it delivered. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL HORRIBLE

Waited about 2 hours for our food. Ordered online and it told me 25-45 minutes. At 45 minutes we called several times until someone finally answered. They apologized and said they were really busy and our food was on the way. We waited almost an hour after that and finally called to tell them we were going to come get it. I wanted to cancel the order but my husband and kids insisted we go get it. They were only going to refund us the delivery fee but I got the tip back too. They shouldn't accept delivery orders if they can't fulfill them. And if there is a problem they should have gave us the option to come pick it up when we called the first time. This was our first and last time getting food at this place. All of the food was cold but it tasted ok. There are plenty of other GOOD Chinese places around here.

I ordered beef with garlic sauce and there were 4 slivers of beef in my dish. What exactly are you charging me for - rice and peppers & onions? Are you people serious?? Asked for diet coke and was sent regular. If I had read the reviews including the notes on the health department department, I woul have ordered elsewhere and recommended anyone reading this to do the same. These people are a joke. NEVER AGAIN

We stayed in St Petes for a week this summer and ended up ordered from here twice! the food was delicious both times!

It is very upsetting that they keep getting closed down by the County Health Department. They make good food. Maybe they should take a couple of week, close and do a complete cleaning of the space and equipment, floor to ceiling.

We wanted to try a local Chinese place. What a BIG MISTAKE! First of all this review needs to be read by those ordering. The rice was colored with food coloring and it only had green beans & corn. Unfortunately we only got one green bean. The sweet & sour chicken usually a staple at other places was discussing! The smell of the grease and hardness of the chicken seemed to come from double frying also old grease used. We also ordered the bourbon chicken that had to be thrown away. These were combination meals totaling over $20+. After reading reviews which we should have done first, but wanted to support our local place it looks like they have been closed down by the Food & Health department many times. I will report this right away. pLEASE don't go here!!!

Meat is tough and chewy, taste sweet but not the taste of bourbon chicken. Rice is not fried, it's mushy taste with no flavor. This order will be my second or third and the rice and meat has not changed at all. Never ordering from this place again. Yucky food.
This is definitely a time where I wish I had checked Yelp before ordered. I checked out China Pearl because I was in the mood for Chinese- which is always the case, and it was on Door Dash. I ordered Mongolian Beef w/ white rice, krab rangoon and soup. The meal came with an egg roll as well. So the soup was interesting because it was their special wonton soup; having big hunks of vegetables and pork in addition to the noodles. It was okay, sort of bland. The hunks of vegetables in my opinion were too big. I did enjoy the pork that was in the soup. the krab rangoon were excellent. The egg roll too. The highlights of the meal for sure. The main dish unfortunately was terrible, even the rice. There was some off flavor that I can't describe other than I had two bites and threw it away, which was really unfortunate. The Mongolian beef almost had a sour taste to it. I'm not sure if what I was tasting came from the beef or the sauce, I just knew it wasn't good. Sadly, I can't recommend this, especially this dish. I would happily update this if I ended up having a good meal here, but this definitely was not one.

China Pearl is not the the same anymore. the egg rolls and shrimp rolls were extremely greasy the rice was not fresh..... the chicken were enormous drumsticks that was not fully cooked.my experience with China pearl is over !!!!

The min we walked in the guy at the register was rude. He continuesly yelled at me. Kept looking at me shaking his head. Was the worst experience I have had ever.The place was a mess.

I placed an order with China Pearl through Urber Eats. I received my food about the time it was expected. There was a promo deal if you ordered $20 worth of food, mine was $32, you would receive 2 free spring rolls. I did not get the spring rolls with my order. When I tried to contact them by phone the number has been disconnected, so there is no way to call or connect this restaurant. I tried for 2 hours to get in contact with them and I couldn't reach anyone. The food was not all that good, my chow mei fun was pretty dry and to much soy sauce in the chicken and broccoli. I worked 10 years for a Chinese Restaurant and this is not good food. So be cautious about ordering on line. The questions below do not pertain to delivery.
