Chipotle is by far my favourite food. This particular chipotle is great but sometimes they give pretty bad portions when ordering online. When I go in to order, I have no issues though ?Vegetarian options: Sofritas (seasoned tofu)

Ordered via Uber eats and both bowls were missing ingredients and included ingredients specifically left off and included stale chips. Chipotles quality going down the drain.

Honestly, I don’t really write replies much, but I’m super disappointed. I ordered Uber My order was definitely wrong. I paid for queso. It was missing queso, the chips were also stale and had very little salt on them just super disappointing…

I waited in a line of 15 people just to get up front and be told that they were out of steak. when I said I guess I would take chicken instead the employee said “never mind we have steak, not chicken I just got so used to saying it” after I already heard her tell 3 people ahead of me that they were out of steak, so they weren’t able to get what they originally wanted…? Not a big deal for me but when I got to the end I was told my reward couldn’t be redeemed after several attempts at using it (it doesn’t expire until April) When I told the employee to take the chips and guac off since the reward was the only reason I wanted it, she then retrieved another employee who was miraculously able to apply the reward. I got the reward, thought I was paying one price, but then instead I now see my debit card was charged FULL price WITHOUT the reward applied….. not to mention after I paid, I waited an entire 3 minutes before the original employee tried to give my guac to three other customers before finally giving it to me (who was standing in front of her the entire time). Customer service was subpar at best from all staff. I tried to resolve on the chipotle app and was unable to get anywhere because I don’t have my receipt which ONE was not offered to me and TWO is not present in my history on my app because the employee never scanned my rewards to begin with!!!

The service was extremly slow. 5 people working in the store and took me a good fifteen minutes to get my burrito when I was second in line. Only one person working food station and she was working on online orders.Front of the house was absolutely disgusting trash on the floor food all over the tables . HAD TO CLEAN MY OWN TABLE. When I asked the manager if she was gonna come clean it . She said we're under staffed and she was training someone and It wasn't the new trainee's responsibility to make sure the front of the house is kept neat and clean for customers.Your manager obviously doesn't understand customer service and dosent know how to do her job and needs severe training.You have 5 people working, You're not understaffed they're just poorly managed.

ONLY thing I would change is to be able to order and wait for adult quesadilla. I'm only able to order it online at this time.The food is addictingly delicious and memorable. It leaves you wanting more. This company allows you to double your protein if you wish, unlike other places. Their delivery is always on time, and they provide a time-line when ordering online for pickup or delivery. Easy Peasy, and you get points!!! Love this place?

Watched the lady give a huge portion of steak to the customer in front of me and gave me like half spoon full when asked for a manager was told there are several of us here and employee walk away. As working in the same plaza several of my employees have had same experience. Will no longer be going there. The young lady wouldn’t even look at me she knows what she did
