This is my go to pizza place but tonight I went to pick up my order and this girl fabiana who came over to me was super rude for no reason I thought I did something wrong and I just don’t understand what I did I understand being upset by something but I did nothing besides order a pizza and got attitude for nothing but the only reason it’s getting four stars is because the young man who brought my pizza chase was the total opposite respectful and made my pizza awesome kudos for him for dealing with that and still being such a kind and happy person!!!!

Each slice was a perfect blend of flavors, cooked to perfection. Even amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy evening, rush Chase remains cool! His attention to detail truly shines through in every bite.In addition to his exceptional pizza-making skills, Chase's customer service was top-notch. He took the time to ensure that my order was exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests.Overall, my experience at Domino's Pizza St. Pete was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks in large part to Chase. I don’t usually take the time out to leave reviews. However, the 5 stars given is listed for the young man by the name of Chase along with the guy with the tattoo sleeve. Today I went in to pick up my order. I was gaslighted into thinking it was at the other location. So I said sure no problem. Went to the other location just to find out that my order was here the whole time. The young lady who I assume is in management has to learn how to control her emotions. The same cashier who informed me that my order wasn’t present here tried to tell this elderly guy the same thing. So I stepped in to ask a simple question, thankfully he looked after trying to double down on saying it wasn’t there and he found it. She immediately assumed I was talking about my order. Chase and the young man with the sleeve were the only ones who okay with remaking the order with no issue. I assume there was just a glitch in the system but it just narrows down to human error. We’re all human and I understand new hires may overlook things. No biggie what so ever. However, that young lady’s body language definitely has room for improvement.

It states that they have dine-in services online but the very rude boy who answered the phone very disrespectfully told me that they don’t. Just a word of advice, maybe update your website Dominoes. If I could give them a zero, I would.
