Going forward, this will be the last choice for food in St Pete! Called & ordered a flat-crust pizza (reiterated this twice on the call after she said "handtossed" when repeating order back to me. I said, "NO, FLAT CRUST"... She said OH yeah GOT IT! When I arrived it was standing room only they were so far behind. Thank God I expected this and waited 45min to p/u my order. Paid for a salad as an add-on at pickup and was charged appropriately. I was handed my order.... minus the salad I just paid for 10 seconds ago. Umm, I think you're forgetting something. I think these things happen when employees work while they're high. Get home and unsurprisingly, the pizza is a HAND-TOSSED PIZZA!!!! LMAOOO!! I can't make this up!!!! Shame on me for not inspecting every aspect of my order prior to leaving the "restaraunt". Word to the wise: go somewhere you can expect decent, accurate service from. While the lounge had at least 8 customers, not a single employee said anything to any of the customers. It's as though they are afraid to communicate with their customers. Had not idea who the mgr was. Whomever he was, he behaved in the same exact manner as the emplyees

Placed an order before they were closing got a confirmation and the store canceled it. They said they were closing even though my delivery confirmation time was supposed to be before they closed. I feel like the employees just didnt want to do it. If that’s not the case then they need to get on the same team with their so called customer service number

Order 3 pizzas and when my husband and I went to pick them up, after we received the text message stating they were ready for pick up, to our surprise the allowed delivery guy to take our order for other customers. Not only did they not have our order there we had to wait for them to make our order all over again. While we were there another customer walks in and informs them who he is, sees his order is ready and tells themand they just ignore him. These employees have no customer service skills, they need to retrained or fired.

This place is the most horrible pizza place you can order from if you’re in the area and have to order from this place I suggest you move because they were either forget your soda or forget a piece of your order in some form and if you try to go get your money back I’ll try to get your pizza remade does a suggested order from another place or going to a different area or pick up your pizza from another Domino’s like I had to

I have not ordered from a chain pizzaria in a long time BUT I LOVE Domino's Wisconsin 6 with extra cheese and extra sauce and it was calling my name!The lady who took my phone order was very nice! My delivery guy was also great!! And my Wisconsin 6 Pizza with the extras totally hit the spot!! Two thumbs up from this satisfied customer!! I received everything I asked for in a timely and kind manner! Thank you tons!!
