I am Celiac and the gluten free bread tasted like a real roll. I had excellent customer service at this location in St Petersburg, Fl. My server cleaned the meat slicer, changed his gloves and had a clean knife to cut my Turkey and provolone sub sandwich in half. Five hours later, my stomach experienced No gluten. Thank you!

Bro don’t get high before work, when you take an order you look people in the face, so you don’t have to ask the same question over and over, and still get it wrong. Also let your coworkers know, that instead of being checking out the young lady,they could had help you. Won’t stop there again, not that you guys would notice

Love the workers here, especially the two guys that are always working here. They’re the reason this place is still up and running! This place would probably shut down if it weren’t for them. Hard workers, they definitely don’t get paid enough especially with the way customers be acting nowadays . They always be loading up my philly☝?☝?

Hi! i worked at this location around a year ago for only a few weeks because i had to move, but working here definitely takes the cake for my favorite job so far. Such a wonderful work environment, light hearted and friendly, the customers were absolutely respectful and wonderful as well as management, the owner i had met, and coworkers. Those training me were very patient and it wasnt hard to catch on. The owner even came in himself to help train me, and that is never something you see anywhere else, at least for me. Highly reccomend working at this location, and stopping in for some food(also had never eaten at jersey mikes before and it immediately became my #1 sub spot)

When you order a number 8 and they don't add the bacon. Then you say can I have the bacon that comes with the sandwich and you get an attitude. Not to mention I asked for light on the mayo and he added an entire tub of mayo.

I use to visit this location almost weekly.In the past few weeks I have had a few problems with my orders.Last week it was a vegetable I'm allergic to so there was no way I asked for it. But they weren't busy yet so it was redone right away. Luckily I ate there that day.However, this week I did an App pickup order. I got there ahead of schedule and then waited over 8 minutes before myself and the other Pre Order patrons all spoke out to get someone to help us.Apparently if there is a long line they focus on in-store customers over the pre-order customers. I saw the sandwich on the table behind the counter so it was available when I walked in.I actually complained about my wait and the employees response was "Don't you see the line!"What is the purpose of the pre-order?I will most likely return to this location in the future but for now they are blacklisted on my lunch rotation.
Best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philadelphia! Very authentic sandwich that reminds me of Jim's steaks in Philly!

Today was our first visit ever to a Jersey Mike’s and we were very pleased! The place was clean and every associate was very friendly and the service was fast. We got the giant Mike’s Philly Cheesesteak. It was delicious! Another review talked about the price. You get your money’s worth. We would spend just as much, if not more, at other fast food restaurants. YES, we would recommend Jersey Mike’s and especially this location.
