They lost me as a customer. They shrank everything and they put what seems like half the meat in the sandwiches than they use to. The Big Kahuna seems like the name needs to be changed to the Anorexic Kahuna. It doesn’t even taste the same anymore.

I came to Jersey Mike's today to get a cold sub and the cold cut ingredients were not appeasing. The tomatoes were over ripe and wilted, not to mention to the bottom of the container. I asked the employee if he did not mind could he get some fresh tomatoes out of the cooler and he said he would not, and that all of the tomatoes were in that condition. He blamed it on the shipment but still did not go into the cooler to verify. I changed my mind and got a hot sandwich instead, but I shouldn't of had to changey order because the employee did not want to change out some nasty tomatoes. Not to mention the men's bathroom did not have any soap in it again. Mind you this issue is ongoing and has been like this the last few times I visited. As recent as a few weeks ago! I may give this location another shot, I have not decided yet. But I really hope they can get their act together.

Grace and Terry are totally amazing and very professional ! Its my belief that service is everything and both of them were excellent ! Between the Service and the quality of the subs they made for my wife and I tasted so darn good I just had too leave a review !Great people representing Jersey Mikes Tyrone is the reason I keep coming back!

The staff members were so nice and helpful and good at communicating. Our subs were made perfectly. It was clean inside. Everything was fresh and also LOVED the tea.Parking: Got to pull right up to the door. 3 close spots easy access and a ramp for disabled if needed

Good Afternoon, I am in town for just a few days from NC. My good friend who is a St. Pete local told me the best J Mikes is on Tyrone blvd. We swung by for a bite to go. I got the chicken Philly (big k) on a spinach wrap. It was by far, not even close in comparison, the greatest Jersey Mikes sandwich I have ever had. I called the location and learned that Kiefer (not the actor), was the magician behind this cheese steak masterpiece. I can’t appreciate the dedication to the craft enough. Kiefer and the rest of this crew definitely care about what they do. That is something that means a lot to me, especially now a days. You guys need a raise. That wrap kicked my trip off on the right foot. Thanks again and God Bless.

I walked in on Friday evening to get a sub and the 3 gentleman working behind the counter (making 200 sandwiches for a catering order) were very kind, they smiled, they said thanks for dropping in! That's all it takes right there. Just a little bit of effort and kindness! Thanks fellas see ya again soon
