Got a chicken sandwich meal and I bit into the sandwich and it was straight bone. Almost broke my tooth. On top of that the fries were ice cold almost frozen. Never going back here again. Absolutely

I had a meal there and didn’t enjoy the fries how ever the customer service and chicken nuggets definitely made up for it.I would also recommend that you try the lemon cake, it tastes great at a good price.The drive though was fast and the menu was well organized and the person at the booth was very polite and patient when I was ordering.I would eat here again

We requested a large ordered of Big Box Meals and Drinks for an extraordinary construction crew building sidewalks and replacing driveways - so much great work they are doing!!! And they loved their meals! Well done and thank you! And Door Dash delivered these meals and helped set all up for this great crew team! They were over the moon!!! Thank you!!!

I ordered over $55 in food I do so 2-times a week, and when I couldn't put in cc online for order my employee was made to have to go to store & order and loss their lunch time & the manager Barbara didn't seem to care about making it right. I called corp with a complaint and the manager throwing out assumptions that I was on the wrong site or location online. It was an insult to me and will never get our business

The person who took my order was extremely nice and helpful and the order was out like super fast. Restaurant was very clean and not falling apart. While it was fine for fast food standards it was not great as far as food in general. The Mac and cheese was clearly old, and the chicken on the sandwich was like not fully breaded... manufacturing defect... pretty gross considering I'm supposed to eat this assembly line some but it's not the fault of the employees.. i deeply regret ever trying to eat anything in this area of whatever town this is. .
Great service! Kaylee kindly brought out my food and Rebecca helped me save money by telling me about digital only menu combos that met my needs for food to bring to a party. You both!

Extra crispy chicken and coleslaw was excellent, mashed potatoes and biscuits about 4 out of 5. Potatoes wasn't creamy due to lack of milk, and I understand as they have to cater to all customers.

I don’t know what happen but every time that I go to the restaurant to buy food they never , never , nerver has chicken per internet the store close at 10:pm I was in the restaurant like 5 minutes ago and I had to leave because again they don’t have chicken so why you have the store open if you don’t have chicken common this is all the time change the store hrs or never open if you not gonna have chicken

It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Somewhere in the middle. I did get the new hot and spicy wings at this location vs the other location in south side Saint Pete. The wings were crispy but some of them had too much breading. The spiciness wasn't as spicy as I thought and the flavor was okay. Customer service was okay. The staff working there seemed to be serving older prices of chicken because as soon as I placed my order the chicken was ready. With tax the wings cost slightly over 5 bucks which isn't too bad for 8 pieces.
