First time eating here, was craving a salad so I thought this place looked yummy. I am not vegan but do have celiac so I find it extremely satisfying when I can find a place that’s dedicated gluten free. The summer salad was AMAZING, the half salad was a pretty big portion. I also got the mac and cheese. I get skeptical with vegan cheese but this was actually so delicious. Creamy, nutty, and tasted like cheese (to me at least).
