As a customer experience worker myself in a different field, this is the best fast food experience ever. Walked in the door 10 mins before they opened, I was greeted with a smile and a hello and explained they don’t open until 10 more mins, but said I could sit and hang out and the manager handed me a cup to get a drink on them. They seem to be going downhill for the last time I was there. My sandwich wasn't made properly. Ask for mayonnaise got nothing I asked for no pickle and I got pickle, and the waffle fries were cold and
