I ordered pizza for delivery twice to my hotel room. The 1st time pizza was delivered to my door. Very friendly driver. The 2nd time I increased the tip because of how good the service was the 1st time. Unfortunately the driver this time left the pizza at the front desk. The app doesn't work with delivery status updates so I didn't know the food had been delivered. Also sadly the Hampton Inn front desk associate was too lazy to call and let me know my pizza was delivered and waiting. After a hour I went looking and found a cold pizza.

One of worst foods we ever had. Normally I don't complain but whoever reads this you should know. The boneless chicken wings were raw. The pizza was horrible it was cold and we came to pick it up not delivery. Also waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We will never come back there. Maybe there should be more training for the staff.

Always great service when we order!!I accidentally ordered take out tonight when I was needing delivery, when I called the guy (forget his name) helped me out without hesitation and updated my order to delivery!He did apologize for having to charge an almost 6$ delivery fee to go about 2 miles down the road but hey… I was paying for convenience after a few drinks and packing for a trip.One thing I would like back is the naked bone in wings!! I am not a breaded wing person and was very disappointed the last time I ordered and they came breaded. I have not tried to order them since (about 9 months ago) and if they have gone back to non breaded (naked) wings please let me know!Pizza was here in about 25 minutes or less from time I ordered too!!

I did not go into the restaurant. I had delivery. So I can't make a rating on the atmosphere. It's my apartment. So the atmosphere is just my space.Parking: I didn't't have to do it. TIP: you need more options to choose for delivery. I just picked "free" because I assume it is.

So disappointed in yet another restaurant that I used to love so much that's gone down hill for a while now. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut last month I'm done.
This last time my son ordered on my account, without my permission, and I didn't even know about it until I seen the box in the garbage. Unauthorized charges that cost me over $50. One pizza and an order of wings. How can that cost that much? I have loved pizza hut since I was a kid but that sucks. I don't think we get our money's worth anymore.

I cannot tell you how absolutely delighted I am with my Pizza Hut experience tonight! I went with the massive pizza, breadsticks, and pasta box, oh my word it was so good! The pizza was delicious, like I know it’s Pizza Hut, but no for real it was really really good! The pasta was cooked well, the breadsticks were soft, I am extremely pleased! The ordering process was easy and the delivery took no time at all! Thank you guys so much, you did great!I will say this, if the “delivery charge” of nearly $6 doesn’t go to the drivers, where does it go? Maybe make that a little more prominent during the check out and not in the fine print AFTER placing the order to ensure your drivers are paid properly. I’m embarrassed to admit I only tipped a few bucks thinking it was compounded on top of the delivery charge. Dude, if you’re reading this, that’s my bad!Thanks again Pizza Hut staff!
