Dude this place would be so good if they could manage to make my food correctly. Not only do I pay more for how I want my sushi rolls made, but I also make a special note so they don’t miss the details. Multiple dinners have had to be thrown away due to this, three to be exact. Slow down and read the order slip.

I recently visited Roboto Sushi in St. Petersburg, excited to enjoy some sushi, but was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere that really impacted my dining experience. From the moment I placed my order, the staff member I interacted with seemed indifferent to my presence, making me feel undervalued as a customer. Despite patiently waiting for my order, the attitude of "I don't care about you" was palpable, and it cast a shadow over my entire visit. It's disheartening because dining out is not just about the food but also about the experience and feeling welcomed. Unfortunately, my visit to Roboto Sushi left me feeling sad and disregarded. I hope this feedback can be a constructive reminder that the way customers are treated profoundly affects their overall satisfaction and desire to return.

When I worked here years ago the workplace was awful with the boss screaming at us constantly. Years later under new owner the food quality has gone down hill. Recently ordered food to go and the my forgot the Neptune mix. The food taste stale too. There's alof of sushi places in st.pete now and if this continues the way it is it probably won't last.

Didn’t even get a chance to eat here. Went inside to ask about parking and the guy inside has a horrible and very unwelcoming attitude. If your customer service is that bad who would even want to eat here

We used to go there every Saturday but back then the prices were affordable. Now it’s expensive and the food has changed a little. It’s only once every other year visit for us now.

The absolute slowest display I've ever seen. Painful, like watching paint dry. Zero knife skills, Zero hustle, Zero authenticity, ZERO F *** S GIVEN. We are ZFG sushi at this point. Good luck getting your sushi. Downgrading this stock.

Unfortunately had to update my previous 5 star review. This is a pretty regular spot for me and I thought they were a decent value, at least in the past. I always talk up this little spot.I switched it up from my usual sushi order and bought a rice bowl and added “3”servings of tuna and a few complimentary veggie toppings that came out to just under $19. Expected a huge portion for that price. Was the smallest poke bowl imaginable. From the protein to the veggies, to the baby plastic container it came in. Should have taken a photo.The food was great, as is the atmosphere and service but that will be the last time I try a bowl and probably won’t come back for a while now. Terrible value. Also they are now using a somewhat complicated order ahead kiosk and as usual no one else in the restaurant but me. And guys, put a trash can in the front near the window, not trying to walk completely across the place with 2 trips to throw the waste away. ?

I ordered vegetable sushi via Uber Eats and it was awful. They got the order wrong. I asked for one lot to be brown rice and it was white rice and when the sushi arrived it looked old and tired even though it was supposedly freshly made. I asked for extra ginger and only got enough not even for one lot of sushi and I had two lots. The wasabi tasted like plastic. And I ordered a salad which turned out to be a mound of rice with a wilted lettuce leaf, a few sliced carrots and a tiny bit of avocado. I definitely won’t order again.

Worse employee service. Took 25 minutes to make one roll and the staff kept grabbing her phone without changing gloves out. The employee made the order wrong twice and complained about it. If she stopped grabbing her phone maybe she would have made it right. Seemed like staff did not care to be there at all. Will not return.

They are now closed between 3 to 5 p.m. daily. This is not displayed in Google maps hours. We showed up 10 minutes before 3 and they locked the door in our faces.

Just ordered from Rollbotto (doordash). I paid for extra salmon and avocado and as a regular customer I'm aware that I received half of the regular serve. Attached a picture to proof. Very dissatisfied. Not ordering again.
