I used to really like this Salem's location for its convenience and consistency, but the customer service was highly rude and dishonest tonight. They refused to provide my military discount and claimed they were our of water cups. When I returned from my car with my personal thermos, they then told me that outside beverage containers were not allowed and immediately brought me a water cup. Throughout the night, they continued to claim that they were out of water cups even though that cashier had found one immediately so they were clearly lying.

By far best fried shrimp I've had anywhere for quite some time and their consistent with it because it was just as good as the last time I ordered it. And the gyros are excellent. It may cost a little bit more but it's definitely worth the money. Not to mention they have a great and unique selection on the menu. The service took a little bit longer but it's well worth the wait considering how fresh the food is. I wld highly recommend this establishment to anyone!!!!??

The woman at the cashier is so disgusting . So rude ! Was speaking in her language about when Jamaican are upset they wash they hands with pee and handle people food all while she was bagging food. I am scared to eat my food now. Just

Terrible service! Night staff clearly hates working. Sat in drive thru with no greeting, after saying hello is anyone there multiple times they insisted IIIIIIIIII was the one running up the time on their hypothetical drive thru clock and told me they could no longer serve me. What a waste of time, been patronizing this business my whole life and never came across a ruder staff. Seems they can’t keep quality workers NOR quality consumers

Great food for a great price and great service, only downfall is that they NEVER have lemon slices. How do you serve seafood and not have lemon?? Doesn't make sense to me. They serve French fries and they have ketchup available! Other than that no complaints!
