One of several Starbucks around - this location is always the fastest (drive through and in-store), warm customer service always greeting you with smiles/friendliness and quality is great, rarely messes up any orders. The location is always clean and appearing.

I stopped in for a cool drink after shopping and it was great as always, a mocha frappuccino. They are having a problem with their phone app that doesn't allow you to tip them and the friendly employee at the window mentioned that it has been a problem customers have been mentioning. l feel bad cause I don't carry cash.

This Starbucks in Bay Pines Blvd is the only one in the area whose Hot Chocolate does not taste like chocolate infused hot water. It is delicious. Always pair it with a chocolate croissant for extra chocolateness!!!!
