Received two drinks that had no flavoring so I took them back and when I explained this to the worker they didn’t even apologize and grunted at the fact they had to make another two..Its ok to forget the flavoring but they shouldn’t make a customer feel like they are an inconvenience after driving all the way back because the drink they paid for isn’t what they received. Other than this I’ve always been very satisfied with everything.

During my recent visit to the coffee shop, I was immensely impressed by the quick service. Julia, the barista, promptly gave an enthusiastic greeting and excellent drink recommendations which made my experience particularly enjoyable, despite not being a regular “Starbucks connoisseur”. The service was unlike an other Starbucks I’ve been to. Kudos to Julia for her exceptional service! I’ll be back with my colleagues, haha!

Ordered a caramel macchiato and since it was cold out figured I would be receiving the hot version. Made the mistake of not clarifying that since they usually give the hot version. Nope. I was given the iced. I decided to deal w it. It was good w the caramel, but I didn't drink it all because it was too chilly outside.
