After 10am today I went in to get a green tea, the lady at the counter said ice tea? I said no, just tea with no ice, sugar or water added to it. I said room temp, and I ended up with a water down green tea and it was not room temp.People in today's world do NOT listen.......

Good service. My only complaint is the venti cups seem much cheaper than in the past. Half the time the top pops off and I spill the coffee. This was a problem before, but they doubled the cup because I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. It’s $3.48 for a cup of coffee… get a good cup.

The worst service for a Starbucks in the area. While waiting (it took 10 mins just to be acknowledged), two people brought there drinks back due to tasting wrong. Should have just went to central and 65th less than 2 miles away. Night and day difference between these two neighboring stores.
